This superb hotel writes HOSPITALITY in capitals. Everything is focused at the guests wellbeing. And when a problem occurs it is solved with a smile 😀. Staff is super friendly, the onsen is great. RECOMENDED!

We had a Japanese style room, which was very spaceous. Our view was excellent, nice Onsen, good food and super friendly staff!!! We lost our wallet in the hotel and they send it after us to our Next hotel the same Day! Thank you for the very pleasant stay! Arigato gozimas!

We were very happy with this onsen hotel. Our room was very large, the western style beds were great and the bathroom was terrific. The onsen was clean and the water temperature perfect. Stayed in a very beautiful, spacious traditional japanese room. Service was great. Very nice personnel that provided me and my friend with beautiful Yukatas to wear after bath. Onsen was small but still beautiful and clean. Had a really great experience here.

Such a beautiful sight to behold. Placed between the gorgeous Hakone forest trees. Inside it's quite modern but with a strong Japanese feel. This place needs renovation. I was surprised with the amount of rust not only in hot spring area, but in the room too. And just the overall experience. I'm soory, but I don't recommend this place

The ryokan is conveniently located. The parking lot offers a picturesque view of the mountains. The ryokan itself is certainly old and tired, but it still has the atmosphere of that anime-inspired place. The baths are good, though the public ones were a bit crowded. Overall, the impression is positive, and we thank the staff for their care. However, the ryokan is quite old, and inside all the rooms there is a smell of age, which makes it not very pleasant to stay there.
