Four Points Flex by Sheraton Yokohama West in Yokohama

Perfect hotel for backpackers. Locates at the end of bustling street. Quiet yet convenient. Can buy all nessesary things from Donki and Aeon supermarket nearby. Lobby staffs are nice and allowed me check in 30 minutes early. Housekeeping everyday if requested. A bit dusty at corners but I'm fine with it. It's a standard cramped hotel room in Japan.
Cons: Sink is too small and too low. Shower head angle not adjustable.
Little tips: buying breakfast from Matsunoya restaurant directly can save you half price of the voucher sold by hotel.

Friendly staff, made check in easy, located near Yokohama station, with tons of late night dining and drinking options nearby.

The room was clean and spacious, and for being in busy location, surprisingly quiet at night.

I would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent, while it’s not on the water, it’s close to everything else you could need, including great shopping and dining options.

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or two before a cruise, this is the perfect spot!

We will be back to Yokohama and will stay here again.

Stayed in a single twin room for a week long duration. The room had enough space to open at least two luggage bags if you use the space in front of the bed and near the front door. If you you the bed then 3 luggage bags are easy.

Location was really convenient. Near Yokohama station, a grocery store, and late night food. It's also connected to a late night tonkatsu restaurant.

Staff is at the 2nd floor. Check in and check out were easy. Cleaning was every 3 days.

My only real complaint is the lack of luggage forwarding. The hotel is part of a larger brand now and isnt that cheap, yet this was the first hotel I stayed in that didn't offer this service. There's kuro neko sorta nearby but dragging luggage across the bridge was really inconvenient.

Its a regular hotel with nothing truly bad or remarkable. I would stay again if the price is good.

Just had a flight transfer at Tokyo and I decided to make a short stay here. The hotel is wonderful and I recommend everyone should visit it.

Maybe I am the guy who never ask for everything. Last time I had a microwave in my Marriott room was a large flat private-pool suite in mainland China. I appreciated the room’s cleanliness and every facility with the hotel.

Furthermore, the rooms’ mattresses are Simmons brand. Not sure if all Marriott hotels are using Simmons or their own brand.

close to station and good value. the shower was the best I have had in Japan so far.

It was a very simple hotel. I got a room with a city view but the majority of the window was opaque so there was no view at all. The washer/dryer machine was nice but the day I was leaving it decided that it didn't want to dry my clothes at all so that sucked. Had to pack wet clothes into my luggage. Other than that, the receptionists were very helpful and the location was easy to find. The matsunoya located on the first floor is convenient but I wish I knew what the calories for the meals were.

The rooms are a bit small but it was clean, the front looks nice, and the staff are bilingual. A good hotel to just sleep at. (versus lounging at) Close to Yokohama station.

Good location and price. Also, this hotel has coin laundry for your use of you need it. Easy walk to the train station for Narita Express and local lines.
