Excellent, especially the bar staff who were very patient. Thumbs up!

What is provided is almost bare minimum. It’s alright considering the price range. No issue with the capsule, just a bit of a problem with the restroom.

Pros: the location is amazing, in the heart of Shinjuku, clean, beautiful, silence to rest. Cons: staff is not very flexible. I had to organise my bag outside of the hostel (at the street) on the check-out. I had left the room already and asked if could seat at the coffee area just to finish packing for 10 min. She said "no" and that I could pay 550 if I wanted to do that (as a late check-out, which was not the case). Never saw that in my life before as the room was cleared out on time.

Really cool Capsule hostel. Perfect location and it got everything you need.

I arrived in Tokyo in the middle of the night, but check-in was smooth, and I had a great night's sleep. I chose this place for its location, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Waking up surrounded by books and records was the perfect start to my trip.

Excellent place to stay. love the concept, the rest, and location. Plenty to do and eat and ease of access everywhere.

I was luckily to not have any noisy neighbours this time round which is very lucky so i slept really well throughout.

The bed arrangements was a little miscommunicated though. Till today im not sure if i booked a bed/bunk for 2, or 2 seperate single bed/bunk.
Im a solo traveller but doesnt mind extra space so my understanding when booking was aligned with the first concept. But in reality, they gave me 2 bunks.. claiming the couple/bigger rooms are taken.
so thats a small disappointment. End up having my luggage in the other bunk while i slept in the next.

Im going back in 2 weeks, same place. so thats how much i liked the hotel 💛
