Belmont Hotel in Tokyo

It’s not my first time here in this Hotel.
The staff is pretty kind, the room was cleaning every single day, but soundproofing might be better

Great location and very friendly staff. The stay was smooth and comfortable. Toiletries are self-service.

I wish checkout had been at 12 noon. 10 AM is way too early, and then they charge ¥1100 per hour after 10 AM, which feels excessive.

The receptionist was friendly.

The room was small, but I guess that’s typical in Tokyo. It was nice that the heater seemed to be on before we arrived. The room was warm and toasty.

At first, the pillow seemed to have a lot of rice in it. It was very uncomfortable initially, but eventually it was okay.

I wish they offered two room keys so you don’t have to leave your key at reception every time you go out.

It would also be nice to have more electrical outlets, especially closer to the bed, and USB ports for modern devices. Lever-style bathroom handles would be better too, especially if your hands are soapy. The sink was very low, which is difficult for taller guests.

The main issue was the very early checkout time and the additional fee just to stay an extra hour or two. It’s called nickel & diming! 😭

Very Clean Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Amenities are free and free to Grab. Room was fine but a Bit old. Beds were nothing Special. All in all, it was super affortable. Can recommend.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is located on a quiet street and is just a walking distance from Asakusabashi station and Bakurocho station. The room, however, is of average size, like other hotels in Tokyo.

I booked a twin room; it was quite small, but thankfully the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was perfectly adequate for resting at night. On the first day, I found a small cockroach near the sink after checking in, but I squashed it, and there were no other bugs afterward. The staff was very enthusiastic and friendly.

The location is excellent, very close to Asakusabashi Station, making travel convenient. There's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi drugstore nearby and various restaurants, so shopping and dining are both very easy. Overall, it was a great experience!

The hotel is easily accessible by foot as near a few stations. The lobby is big and beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree! The hotel lobby has a microwave which makes heating up of food very convenient. Stayed as a family of 3 (with a child). The room was big given that it is in Japan and we managed to book the room with 3 beds. It was comfortable! The room even has a washing / food preparation area (separately from the bathroom). There is this lady at the concierge. She is friendly and can speak English pretty well. We enjoyed the stay! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

The room is spacious, the price is affordable, and the transportation is very convenient. There are also many dining options nearby, and the staff are very friendly. However, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so if that bothers you, it might be best to look elsewhere.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in Tokyo ever, it’s 5 mins walk from metro, the room is clean and spacious, I can fully open 3 large luggages at the same time. Highly recommended!

Friendly staffs. Cosy and clean rooms. Located close to metro and train station. Famous tourist spots are walkable.
