Conveniently located near Takanawa Gateway Station (Shinagawa area), with easy access to different parts of Tokyo. The room is reasonably spacious, and cleanliness is decent. Staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Great staff and service was excellent. Check-in and out was a breeze. Have always enjoyed Tokyu Stay hotels.

Unfortunately cleanliness could be better. Had bedbugs bites on the last night of our stay. Unsure if the limited housekeeping can be applied to a high traffic area like Tokyo

Close to subway & JR. the room is spacious & it was comfortable to do work from hotel.I booked the room with washing machine, which is very convenient to stay. This hotel will be my go-to hotel!

This hotel is perfect for introverts! You can opt for just towel changes or schedule a light cleaning, choosing whether or not staff enter your room based on your preference – it's incredibly thoughtful. There's a coffee machine downstairs available anytime. The first floor has a restaurant, and breakfast is served there. While the selection isn't huge, it covers all the essentials, including both Western and Japanese options. The location is super convenient, highly recommended! It's just a 1-minute walk to the Toei Asakusa Line and a 5-minute walk to the JR Yamanote Line. NeWoman is right across the street, and there's a new JW Marriott there too. The value for money is outstanding; apart from the small room, everything else is just perfect!

Very convenient location, immediately next to the subway with elevator up (but only stairs down). Alternatively, you may choose the jr which is within 5mjn walk.
Great place to stay. However, there are no shopping centres nor large supermarkets in the area. The new gateway shopping mall is a choice though, but not much to shop unless u target for high priced goods

Great location, very convenient for transport, shopping, and dining. The room size was just right, and the price was reasonable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious.
