Tokyu Stay Tsukiji (Tokyo Ginza Area) in Tokyo

Room is clean and tidy. Very convenient location. Staffs are friendly and they have lucky draw in the hotel lobby

Good accommodation.

Easy access to tsukiji market and train station.
Washing machine in the room (wash and dry).

Great location, walking distance to many train stations and walking distance to main Ginza area. Room is considered spacious for tokyo context and there’s washing machine in the room which is a great concept!

Had a great time staying in this hotel. The front desk are very friendly and helpful! Free coffee and tea provided as well.

I stayed at Tokyu Stay Tsukiji during my summer trip to Tokyo in August 2025, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The hotel delivers exceptionally well in almost every category.

Cleanliness: 5/5
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh, and the overall environment felt hygienic and comfortable.

Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and they provided great recommendations for exploring the area.

Facilities: 5/5
The hotel’s facilities exceeded expectations. The in-room washer/dryer was incredibly convenient, especially during a summer trip. Everything worked perfectly and added real value to the stay.

Location: 3/5
The only drawback was the location. While the neighborhood itself is pleasant and fairly quiet, the walk to the nearest station is about 15 minutes, which can feel long—especially in Tokyo's summer heat. If you plan to move around the city often, the distance might be a minor inconvenience.

Overall:
Despite the location issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced hotel in the Ginza/Tsukiji area—and don’t mind a bit of walking—Tokyu Stay Tsukiji is a great choice.

Hotel is conveniently located with multiple subway stations within 10 mins walk. Just downstairs, is the Tsukiji market. We had breakfast included and it comes with coupons to be redeemed at the food court 2 block away. The coupons could be used for lunch too. Room is good and well layout with washing machine, microwave oven , sink and fridge (induction hob is also in the cupboard). Hotel provides spray for washing clothes . Highly recommended

Great stay, very close to Tsukiji Market (although the actual fish auction has moved to Toyosu Market). We appreciated how convenient it was to the market shops, and were able to find nice places to eat nearby.

The hotel itself is clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is only slightly dated but the room was otherwise modern and updated!

This stay exceeded my expectations! I booked it specifically for the washing machine, which was a huge help.

The location is fantastic, right inside Tsukiji Market.

The staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic.

I especially recommend it to long-term travelers who need to do laundry.

Overall a pleasant stay. My first night the pillows reaked of chemicals and they swapped my room the next night. Location is in the heart of tsujiki outer market which is great in the mornings but area is quiet afterwards and it’s still ~10 minute walk to the subway. Rooms are small but ok for 1 person, will be cramped for a couple.

Goodddd
