Stayed in a clean and simple (some would find it too small) room comfortably for a few days. Complimentary coffee and welcome drinks can be found at the main lobby too! Just 3 minutes away from JR Gotanda Station and the Asakusa Subway line in right in front.

Location to Yamanote and Asakusa line is very convenient. There’s a 7/11 just next door and a Lawson just 1min away. Hotel room was just right for 1 person. I appreciate that there was a washing machine in the room which would be perfect for a longer stay. Room was also very tidy.

Very clean, 3 min away from the station. The room was small but convenient. Equipment was perfect and functional. Nothing more to say and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the JR Yamanote Line and the Asakusa Line, with the Gotanda Station of the Asakusa Line right outside the entrance. However, there doesn't seem to be an elevator at the Asakusa Line exit, which makes carrying luggage quite difficult. It might be standard practice for Japanese hotels to only clean rooms after a longer stay, though you can pay about 1500 JPY for cleaning. This Tokyu Stay location comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a smart Sony TV with access to YouTube and Netflix, and there's also a Don Quijote store nearby.

The room has a subdued atmosphere, which is nice. It's great that it has a microwave in the room.

The location is super convenient indeed. The room is not as clean as expected, dust everywhere. Please be careful when open the window. Service is very good and can check in early by paying 1000yen per hour.

Can always rely on Tokyu Stay in terms of staff in service and standards. This is right outside the Gotanda metro station and a short walk from the JR station which makes connectivity to the airport and major areas very convenient. Neighbourhood is convenient and not too crowded so it is nice to be there.

Facilities slightly on the older side as I noticed a chipped bathtub and toilet. Hairdryer in the room was also not working initially. While there’s a kitchenette limited cookery there’s not even a bowl or a large spoon. I had to eat my noodles out of the pot. Would have expected these to be basic provision. There was a soup ladle. Not sure why. Maybe it’s just the room. But I will consider staying again if the price is right.

Tokyu Stay Gotanda is located near the train station (Yamanote & Toei Asakusa Lines). I had a wonderful stay there. Maybe slightly pricey (but I think that’s normal for hotels in Japan) but my room comes with a kitchenette, kettle, small stove, microwave, trouser presser, air conditioner, heating, washing machine with dryer, hairdryer and toiletries are on the ground floor lobby for your taking. There’s also a coffee & tea maker, ice machines complimentary from the hotel. Except for drinks from vending machines-that you have to buy. So overall it’s worth the stay.
