Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-minamiguchi in Tokyo

Very nice hotel. Stayed 3 days and everything was comfortable. Very convenient location and being located next to 3 large malls is a big plus point. Shibuya scramble is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Great, great hotel! Great location on top of Shibuya Scramble. It is in the same building of restaurants and other stores -new ones and very cute ones. The room had a good size, very comfortable. Also, breakfast was great, you select one main plate and then, they have buffet. I was really happy!

We visited from Hawaii at the end of October. I wouldn’t call this a luxury hotel but this hotel gets 5 stars for the following reasons- it is convenient to Shibuya station, maybe a 3 minute walk away, and it is part of Shibuya Stream which is a shopping complex that has many good restaurants. You might think with all the amazing restaurants in Shibuya why would you need to have more than a dozen restaurants directly downstairs from you, but after walking a lot most days, it can be nice to have the convenience of good food and drinks only an elevator ride away. 7Eleven convenience store is also on the street level on the corner of Shibuya Stream.

We did not eat at the restaurant but did get room service delivered once for breakfast. We got scrambled eggs, croissants, and sausage. It was delivered by a robot which was kind of cool.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Great views and floor to ceiling windows and the curtains did a good job of blocking out the sun.

It is a Japanese style room, so it is on the smaller side. No actual closet for clothing, just a rack next to the bathroom to hang clothes. It had a washer/dryer on the 9th floor. I believe it was 4 or 5 Yen to wash and 3 Yen to dry. They also provided water with cups on each floor.

Hotel staff spoke good English as well.

I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and price. The kiosks do have an English option which helps immensely. You can both check in and out from the kiosk. The breakfast area was quite large with plenty of options. The rooms themselves have everything you need. All the lights can be controlled from the knobs and buttons by the head of the bed. The bed was very comfortable.
