This a last minute booking, decide to come back early from Nagoya. I have another booking with a bigger room and they actually upgrade me for this one night so that I do not need to change room after, so considerate of them. Very much appreciated.

The room is slightly dirty with stinks on bed. The hotel is located right by the subways station, but slightly far away from the JR station(about 6-8 mins of walk), but luckily the way to the station is flat and easy to find.

Everything is average, room size is alright however, everything look old and yellowish. Positive side of this hotel is it’s right next to the Ryogoku station exit and you can see Tokyo sky tree from the room. Always missing toothbrush from the amenities area. We have to walk up to the reception to ask for it.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a subway station, and they offer a shuttle service to the Disney Resort, though reservations are required in advance. Our triple room had a pleasant view, but unfortunately, we couldn't see the Skytree from it. However, you can head up to the 18th-floor observation window for panoramic views of Tokyo, including the Skytree. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, more than enough for a family trip. The facilities were complete and very clean, and there's an ice machine available on our floor.

The room is clean and spacious, located in a quiet area right next to Ryogoku Metro Station.
It’s close to Yokoamicho Park, with beautiful ginkgo trees, and also near the Former Yasuda Garden.
The autumn foliage there is absolutely stunning.
We booked 5 nights and even got a room upgrade.
The price is very reasonable for what you get.
It’s only 15 minutes to Ueno by metro.
Highly recommended!

The room amenities are a bit dated, but it's very clean and tidy. The view from the high-floor room is absolutely unbeatable.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a tiny but very mighty hotel. Room was equipped with a sink, fridge, and washer. Location was super convenient near the subway and 3 convenience stores. Location was also very quiet. There is construction going on next door but I barely heard it AND they offer ear plugs. Aiz and Ailyn and Nozomi (I think that was her name) were all so sweet. It felt like I was in a new home with such amazing service. Even though the rooms were a bit small, there’s under the bed space for luggage’s and they offer luggage shipping to the next hotel. Ours took maybe less than 24 hrs. Conveniently located across the street from a park which my 3 year old daughter really enjoyed. Overall; wonderful experience and I sure do hope I can come back to this place again.

Have a 6 persons room. Have a complete amenities. If you run out of amenities, you can go get them in the reception area. Thry have toilet, hot&cold water dispenser, tea and other amenities. The receptionist is nice, very helpful and friendly. After 7 PM, no receptionist standby. You can go to the rooftop. Just follow the instructions to reach there. You can chill and eat but make sure to clean it by yourself. I'd say it's kind of romantic vibes, especially in cold and windy days, creates some warmth ambiance and you can see Tokyo skytree as your view 😍 Nice place if you looking for quiet. Not too many convenience stores there. Washing machine in the room. Dryer need to pay. Umbrellas available. There is a café, for coffee or beer, near the reception area.

Went above and beyond our expectations! Room was large, with kitchenette, and WASHER and DRYER very convenient if you want to do laundry right before you leave. Excellent view of Tokyo sky tree with a nice rooftop, and very close to train station. Staff (including Alyn) were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. So surprised with all the extra amenities including toothbrush/toothpaste/hair brush/ even slippers. Highly recommend 😊

We had an exceptional experience here!! The service and friendliness of the staff is 5 ⭐. As English speaking guests we had no problem communicating with staff. The place was quiet, but still convenient with Lawson's, 7/11, and family mart all very close by, as well as being close to ryogoku station for easy commuting on the trains. Lovely parks close by to walk through. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop area. Rooms were cosy, but very clean and tidy. If we came to Tokyo again, we would certainly stay here again. Arigatou gazaimasu to the staff there 🙏

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Japan. The hotel was only a few hundred meters from the subway. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The place is very close to convenience stores and grocery. The view in the roof deck was very relaxing especially at night. They have most of the services that our little family needed from luggage transfers to adapters for our chargers (the one we brought was not right lol). To all the staff, thanks for making our visit special. Will definitely be back here. :)

You could stay overnight as it’s a hostel too. I will definitely be coming back as it’s one of the best places to be productive without feeling the pressure of people around you, like classic cafes!

Both hygiene and staff support are the worst.
Although it was a chartered stay, there was a person who did not know at the time of check-in in the accommodation space, and after that it was difficult to leave the room and used the shower room for a while. Even though it was used by a stranger, it was not cleaned at all after that, the table was messed up, and the back of equipment such as tissues had sweets that I did not know when. Even if I asked for cleaning only in the accommodation space, it was difficult to respond, and I was asked "where and what should I do?" (When I checked it, it was basically cleaned in the morning, and no matter who used it after that, it didn't seem to be cleaned.) After all, it didn't clean much. If you are going to make a reservation, please refer to it.
