Hotel Grand Arc Hanzomon in Tokyo

This is my first time feeling a hotel was truly worth it!

Fantastic hotel in a good location for the place, closeish to the subway. I had a tatami room which was perfect and bigger than the standard rooms. Great service and very clean. Would stay again.

The view was great and my 3 and 5 year old daughters were delighted. The rooms were also very clean and the children were able to stay there without worry.

There are few places to eat nearby, only a longan dumpling shop, which closes very early. The hotel has three restaurants, all of which close at 10 o'clock. There is a Family Mart, a convenience store opposite, and a 711 next to it. There are many people running behind it.

The view from the window of this hotel is really amazing. There are cherry blossoms along the road, and at night there are office buildings that are almost lit all night. However, the nearest transportation nearby is the bus, which is just downstairs facing the window view, super close. The Hanzomon Station of the tram still requires a little more walking than expected. It is very quiet nearby, with several convenience stores and restaurants. The room and bathroom are very clean, equipped with a bathtub and a TOTO electric toilet, and the shower water is very big, very satisfactory. Unfortunately, there is a dust problem with the ventilation system. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and they also understand me when checking out. In short, it is very suitable for those who like a slow and quiet atmosphere.

This time, because I brought my elderly relatives to Tokyo, I sent an email to the hotel in advance, hoping to arrange a room that is relatively close to take care of the elderly. The hotel responded to the email very promptly and told me that they would try their best to arrange it. We checked in at around 9 o'clock in the evening and got two adjacent rooms, which was very considerate.
When I checked out, I missed the protective cover of the suitcase. I sent an email to the hotel again. Unexpectedly, the hotel responded to the email very promptly and told me that the things were kept at the front desk. When I went to the front desk to pick up the items, I saw that they were neatly stored as shown in the picture.

The hotel is located near the Hanzomon subway station. The room can see the Imperial Palace. The service staff is professional. Convenience stores and AEON bento stores are nearby. Matsuya is open 24 hours a day and is a 10-minute walk away. There is a direct bus to Kasukabe. It is highly recommended!

The location was convenient. Less than 5 minutes to Hanzomon station. If you are travelling with suitcases, head to exit 6 at the station (google told me to take exit 2. I ended up climbing 2,3 stairs.)
If you are looking to budget friendly food options, there was Matsuya (chain food) few minutes walking distance from the hotel. It is open from 5 am to late midnight. Regular lunch/dinner set starts at 580JPY (beef, rice, miso soup, salad. Attached the photo).
If its raining, you can get umbrella from the front desk for free.
