The hotel is very close to the subway, the staff are warm and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and there are even small gifts.

Staff were very helpful, room was spotless, towels and bed were changed every day. There was noise from the street early in the morning so a room at the rear would be a better bet. Easy access to the metro line so easy to reach any part of Tokyo.

The hygiene was impeccable, but it's quite far from the city center.

The location is great, but I get lost with the trains the first day, very funny. The room key should be left on the front desk when you go out, which I never experienced, but that is great and comfortable.
The hotel seems old, but the cleaning service is great, I came back every day with clean towel in my bath room.
The room is small, but there is enough space for my luggage.
