it’s really nice here 9/10 for me, it’s my first time staying in all gender it was decent! not cramped not noisy not too many people that goes in and out that could disturb you. i had a really pleasant stay and sleep well!!!! my pods was just near the door, respecting their very own privacy!! 😭😭✨

the downside was the second concierge staff was good at english but not to nice to me as i was checking in, but as i was checking out the Japanese woman helped me a lot she was sooo pretty and nice!!!✨

the first picture ( i thought its someone’s phone 😭) turn out it’s a remote control fr fr

The bed is big, and you can control it using the phone beside the bed. For all-gender rooms, the toilet and bathroom are also shared with all genders. However, I do not recommend capsule hotels for light sleepers. I can still hear people packing their luggage at 1 a.m. or walking around the room. The hotel breakfast is really good. It's not a buffet, but they gave me an appetizer with a main course, which I can choose between Western or Japanese style.

This is the most comfortable capsule hotel I've ever stayed in! The bed was super big, just like a single bed in a regular hotel, soft, and had plenty of space above, below, and to the sides. You get your own private compartment, not those small bunk-bed-style pods. Whether sitting up or lying down, it didn't feel cramped at all. The bed was a smart sofa bed, which was really cool – you could control the headrest angle via an iPod, as well as the lighting, fan, alarm, and more.

All the facilities were new; it seems like the hotel was recently renovated within the last two years. You need to use your key card to enter after going upstairs, which felt very secure. The restrooms and individual shower rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and stylishly designed.

The hotel front desk staff provided excellent service. They offered luggage storage, proactively provided an umbrella, and helped me exchange coins. The ground and first floors house a charming Western-style bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere, perfect for guests to relax in.

Finally, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right by the Nakasu-Kawabata subway station, surrounded by an abundance of dining and entertainment options. It's also within very easy walking distance to the Nakasu Yatai (food stalls) and Tenjin.

Great location in Nakasu. In the sleeping capsule, I recommend installing a small table beside the bed to put small stuff, otherwise there’s no space to put stuff except on the bed. Also the motion-sensing washroom faucet was very annoying that it keeps turning on and off when I’m using it. I wish it’s less sensitive that the water can keep running when I’m using it.

This place is suitable for a solo traveler, clean and quiet. Also the remote control bed is amazing

lounge area is great, helpful staff. good cleanliness, however, the bed is unfortunately a little uncomfortable since it doesn't unfold completely. there is also noise from other customers opening and closing suitcase, so if you could enforce quiet hours it would be great.
overall a nice experience.

the place was nice but I would not recommend it for travellers with huge luggages. you won’t have enough space to pack and unpack. location was great, although I still dont think it was worth the money. I feel like it’s too expensive.

Traveled solo in December. The pod was clean and the sleeping area quiet. Bathroom facilities are split into separate shower stalls and toilet areas. The bed reclines and is controlled via a small iPod device.

I had a large 31" suitcase, which didn’t fit under the bed. There is luggage storage in the lobby, but you’ll need to separate your personal items beforehand.

If you need a place to sit, there’s a seating area on the mezzanine floor. It was quite busy when I was there, but I still managed to find a seat.

Location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from Matsukiyo and Donki, and about a 3-minute walk from the Nakasu subway. Check-in was smooth. Service isn’t a standout here, mainly because there isn’t much interaction to begin with.

It was one of the best capsule hotels, if it is considered a capsule hotel? The location, the cleanliness and the amenities were all very good. I enjoyed my 2 nights there. It was also very pretty too.

A small hiccup at first, I almost didn't dare to enter. From the outside, there was no sign for 'The Millennials,' but I later found out it's a sub-brand of 'The Lively' hotel, so if you see 'The Lively,' just go straight in. The public area on the second floor often hosts external events, and they'll put up signs by the door, don't be fooled by them! 😂
