Excellent hotel!! The restaurant is magnificent and all the staff are so kind. The food of the restaurant is so good, and has a lot of variety. This hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable. I really recommend it, you will enjoy and excellent experience.

We loved our stay here and found the hotel staff the best. Food was superb and RAFA & kitchen prepared a wonder meal fit for kings just for the four of us. We were thrilled. Room was clean and nice, no towels on arrival but quickly delivered by the staff, free parking in front, good for one night stay. Breakfast could be better, more options for tourists and better quality. The pool area and gym could be better, as there are no sunbeds or anything to sit, while gym seems to be a maintenance storage with some construction going on.

The room was very good. They have a restaurant on the rooftop with a nice overview from the whole city and food at a very good price. Not many options on the menu, but as we were super tired we decided to stay in and have dinner there anyway. The breakfast is good. They also have an indoor pool that we didn't have time to enjoy.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Shower was poorly installed meaning the whole bathroom floor got wet. But otherwise the room was great! Breakfast options were a little sparse, but the quality was great!

Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning worked as intended. Bathrooms were brand new and modern. Breakfast, although minimal in selection, was pretty good. Location lets you walk anywhere from nearby restaurants, the beach to Jett Bus Station. Honestly it’s a pretty good choice since you get everything as advertised.

Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues...

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.

Centrally located such that most of the key locations of Amman are easily reachable within 15 to 20 minutes. Clean rooms. The property is old but decently maintained. Guests may avail of all the facilities (pool, gym, restaurant, and so on) of the adjoining 5-star hotel.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, clean rooms, they have bath tub, one can soak in with dead sea salt available at reasonable price around the reception area, rooms are spacious, good Wi-Fi network, the bar is good and reasonable, market is 5 mins walking distance so is bus and taxi service, ATM in close vicinity, buffet breakfast has good spread, overall the stay was nice and comfortable

Hotel Aqua Vista in Aqaba offers spacious rooms at a very affordable price. Its close proximity to the city center makes it an excellent choice for travelers. My stay here was very good — the breakfast buffet was wide, varied, and absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place to stay!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Aquavista which is conveniently located not only close to the main sights and beach, but also has good coffeeshops and a famous restaurant in town just downstairs. We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel. We'd booked the West Luxury hotel but they messaged and asked if we could change to this hotel with no extra cost and we were very happy. One of my memorable stay in this hotel due to their excellent services. All staff were very friendly specially we got extra care and comfort from their housekeeping. All staff were very good but Ms. Shareefa was one of the best who made our stay very comfortable.

A nice, modern hotel with a great location. All of Madaba's attractions are within walking distance. The service was excellent. Breakfast was more traditional for local cuisine (not a buffet), but everyone enjoyed it and we were satisfied. By the way, they allowed us to check out at 2:00 PM without any extra charge, which was very convenient for us.

A hotel in a good location to explore Madaba. Nice pool area and other facilities. Great value for money.

Friendly staff, significant work out room and pools. Night club next door or beneath was thumping til dawn. You can decide if you want music heard through the night.

Seems like management gave up on this property. 1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up. 2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse. 3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club 4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this...

Outstanding We were going there for a wedding and our day was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Their breakfast is a huge buffet and very testy food. Stayed December 2025: great location, good buffet breakfast, but serious noise issue. The hotel is well located and generally comfortable, but my stay was badly affected by extreme noise from the neighbouring room. I spent the last week in Amman Jordan for both work and pleasure. The majority of my stay was spent at the Lijam Hotel. This hotel was convenient for both my work and exploration of Amman. Third time staying here because the rooms are spotless and the service was good. This time around the breakfast host wasn’t so friendly Had no TV although I was charged for it. Asked for assistance and he couldn’t get it to work and said that he would call room service but they never came. Not happy about that and addressed it at checkout and they acted like it was my fault that I didn’t call them...

Randomly found this place after having booked another hotel and paying in advance. I was so thankful I did because their price, location, cleanliness, and employees are second to none!
