The doors to the room have a good lock that prevents small children from opening the door from the inside and escaping. As the mother of a 1-year-3-month-old son, I was very pleased with my stay here

I spent my birthday weekend in hyatt regency hotel. Best team ever specially the staff Firas, one of the best room service managers i ever met. made me 2 birthday cakes with flowers and balloons

Was literally heartwarming and so kind of him. Everything was amazing the location, the food and ambiance. I only think that they need to level up the room equipments and provide more of housekeeping in rooms

This hotel was amazing but couldn’t sleep from the AC generator that was outside my room.

The hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful

There are different pools - kids, family, infinity and couples. all of them were clean with very good staff both pool and waiters

Good for a day to experience the dead sea. Nice beach and pool, very friendly staff and the food was above average for hotel food

The service and the private Dead Sea beach were decent, but the rooms were really old. Luckily, I only stayed one night.

They finally offered us a discount to 14 JD, which is equivalent to 140 RMB per person, but there was no water; I had to buy it separately – ridiculous! There was no bottled water in the room either

Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.

The room was rather remote, facing the Dead Sea. There was a free shuttle bus, but the downside was that the XC Hotel advertised a buffet for 10 JD per person, but when I got there, the receptionist said it was 17 JD

The attention in general was pleasant. The only problem is that the surrounding neighbourhood is a bit dumpy. Though it is 5 min walk to the center and seaside

The location for the Dweik Hotel 3 was great. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included daily with decent selection and great tasting food

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dweik 3 hotel - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and even long after we left! We realised my son had left behind some items of sentimental value they quickly responded via whatsapp and coordinated shipping back to the UK

No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Shower was poorly installed meaning the whole bathroom floor got wet. But otherwise the room was great! Breakfast options were a little sparse, but the quality was great!

Air conditioning worked as intended. Bathrooms were brand new and modern. Breakfast, although minimal in selection, was pretty good. Location lets you walk anywhere from nearby restaurants, the beach to Jett Bus Station

Worst experience Arrived at the check-in time the requested room wasn't ready the offered to give me a different room when i said no the made me wait for my room the staff was not professional the rules wasn't clear at the hotels site and when a friend came to my room to pick-up something for me they called me asking that they should leave the room immediately talking to me with unprofessional way...

The location is very near to downtown Aqaba and the main shopping/"nightlife" boulevard. The beach is also in walking distance although I would suggest a resort for a beach holiday as the city beach is rather dirty

Breakfast was good, and we received a lovely treat from the chef — delicious pancakes, which was such a pleasant surprise! The reception staff kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the port, which made our departure smooth and easy

The hotel is in a great location. You can see the sea from the room. It is very close to Aqaba Fort, museums, mosques, snack bars, cafes and restaurants. You can reach them on foot, which is very convenient.

It was our best experience in Jordan. Nice room with AC, bathroom, fridge, very large windows and great staff. Localisation is perfect, close to the beach and to market, small shops, restaurants, bars

The hotel location is excellent, with the sea in front of you and markets and restaurants beside you, so you don't need to rent a car

Very nice hotel with a very good location. The sea is like 10 meters away. It's possible to see it from the amazing terrace. I spent hours sitting on the terrace at night and looking at the night life by the sea

The staff was really nice and helpful, the beds were really comfortable and the hotel was very clean overall

We booked a “Deluxe double room with balcony and partial sea view”, and this was a good choice. Our balcony was large with good seating – a great place to spend some time at the start and end of the day

Good value for money, although not in top shape (walls could use a coat of paint for example). Near the beach. Parking possible but quite busy on the weekends. Cash only at the time of writing.

Second time coming to the hotel, is close to everything and 5 min walking to the public beach. This hotel is the one with very reasonable price. We haven’t spend much time inside the room but we enjoy the common areas

The atmosphere was extremely relaxed. In terms of cleanliness, it's perfect. The staff was constantly cleaning elevators, floors etc. Swimming pool on the top was also great; I spent most of my time around it

Noise in the foyer was heard until 12:00 in our room on the first foor. There were people talking loudly, and we could here this. Wifi was weak, to non-existent. Could have some fruit and more egg options

Based on my experience, this is the second time I’ve come to Aqaba I’m from Canada bring me kids with me to experience Jordan people and place honestly this hotel are very clean and very friendly and ask you wherever you need , and what I like most is the corner commercial shopping area and the Red Sea you will go around 8-10min to reach there

Its a great hotel the guy at the front desk was really nice clean hotel and it wasn't expensive at all and to top it off 5 mins away from the beach

We only stayed one night, but it was clean and safe. It's located on a street back a bit from the shore of the lake, but Aqaba is small and it was easy to walk everywhere.

Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one. And half the hotel is under renovation. The rooftop pool is not accessible

I recently had a wonderful stay at Aquavista which is conveniently located not only close to the main sights and beach, but also has good coffeeshops and a famous restaurant in town just downstairs

They were very friendly and funny and thank you specially for faris and emad we really happy with them and the view was very good and the decoration was perfect and classy there is free WiFi and good menu to eat and drink it was a relaxing place to chill

We arrived a little early (booked 2 rooms), the owner upgraded us to deluxe rooms, and she gave us one room very early, so we left all the bags in one room, and went to see Aqaba

Hotelroom was cleaned every day. New towels and shampoo's offered every day. Easy to find a ride to South beach. Good quality for an exceptabel price! The breakfast was simple but nice

Probaly it was flooded from the high floor and since that nobody painted it again. Staff is helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus to Berenice beach ia definately worth it. Entrance fee to Berenice cost 10JD

We loved staying in Bedouin Garden Village - 1 minute from the beach! We just picked up snorkels in their diving centre and followed the rope to the sea - what a nice coral and so many tropical fish just 50 -100 m from the beach

But the location, the pool, the place itself is very nice. My advice is that if you want to stay here, you should have a car so that you can go to Aqaba to have your meals and shop

The accommodation was nice, we liked the terrace, the colors… and all staff was so attentative! They even prepared an early breakfast for us

There is a small pool that I didn't use, with comfortable sunbeds around, but using a repelent is recommendable as there are hundreds of flies. A fridge in every room is an advantage

Rooms are clean & spacious,very convenient for sea access but not for city centre.

In one room we had mosquitos so it may be worth bringing a repelent (in mid February). All in all, we loved the stay and wish we could come back

Your hotel can get you a free ride to the resort. We enjoyed the swimming pools and the diving activity. The best thing is the affordable (normal) prices of food and drinks at the shop inside the resort.

Drinks near the pool were reasonably priced, making it convenient to enjoy refreshments throughout the day. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great facilities and service

Rooms and the hotel are old, but except for that everything was good. We had a two bedroom apartment with a nice ocean view. Restaurant and drinks (no alcohol) by the pool was ok and very reasonably priced
