I have stayed 2 nights in Thousand nights hotel, and have really good experience here. The location is wonderful, surround there’s Abu Jbara restaurant, Zalatimo brothers and famous sweet dessert shop

The room was a bit old, but everything was kept very tidy. No one came to ask about cleaning each day; they only inquired when you were leaving. Every staff member was smiling and very welcoming.

Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.

The room was rather remote, facing the Dead Sea. There was a free shuttle bus, but the downside was that the XC Hotel advertised a buffet for 10 JD per person, but when I got there, the receptionist said it was 17 JD

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool view, but it turns out the pool is under maintenance during winter, so there's no view to be had. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here

My stay in Marriot Petra is beyond my expectations. The location is great, you could see nice views of Petra from the swimming pool in the hotel

Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. It is also a short walk to nearby convenience shops, restaurants, forex etc if you need anything urgent

It's perfect place for my family to stay at reasonable price. It's very close to Petra enterance and breakfast was really good. Small details were well arranged for customer.

We arrived in Petra with suitcases via the JETT bus, so minimizing the distance we had to walk with luggage was a key consideration — and this hotel was a great fit

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

The hotel cabs are expensive and there are no taxi stands nearby. The hotel is quite, the restaurent and bar is good. Special thanks to Mustafaa who provided us with very good choice of food and wine in the restaurent

This hotel is located in a quite diplomatic area near 4th circle. Many taxi drivers find it hard to locate due to many one ways and security cordons nearby. We need to catch a cab, for anywhere you want to go

The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk

They have a number of pools which have multiple areas for getting under the water of the falling hot spring. They even have a place just for ladies. The changing facilities are available although a little run down

There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice
