Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

The location is about 2 km from the entrance to Petra. It's a hilly road with ups and downs, so you'll need to take a taxi – around 2-3 dinars each way

I will be coming with my US passport 😉. Sadly we were treated badly by the airport security guards for nothing because we were carrying Iraqi passports. My friend now is a Swedish citizen and I’m American citizen

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars for its location because I visited it in July 2007. It was like a paradise for me compared to Baghdad at that time ( war time)

At that time I wished I had a US passport 😌. Hopefully now they treat Iraqi visitors with respect and dignity

I consider this a good value for your money and it’s especially good if you are traveling and want any layover in Jordan. I booked a flight with Royal Jordanian so they booked this hotel for me for the layover

Overall, the stay was good. However, considering the price, we expected a bit more. The carpet and the bathroom could benefit from additional cleaning, and there was no water heater (kettle) available.

Breakfast was great, and the staff made sure the tables were always clean and guests were happy. The pool area was beautiful, with an incredible view of the sea. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our stay

My only minor disappointment was breakfast which was a bit mixed - the hotel was fairly quiet and so maybe there wasn’t enough of a turnover of food (the salads looked a bit tired and on the second morning there was chopped up sausages in what tasted like tomato ketchup)

This hotel is absolutely amazing. honestly even better than some of the 5-star hotels in the area! It offers direct access to a private beach, which makes the stay even more special

The room was clean and tidy, except for some quality issues, like the bathroom quality was really low, the water would change from extremely hot to cold throughout the shower. The TV was not working, as well as the phone

Overall, it is a very good and honest hotel, without unnecessary or misleading details. For the price, it is absolutely worth it and deserves 4 stars

The location of the place is just wonderful. It's a five minute walk to Petra, and 2 minute walk to many restaurants and shops in the area

The area near Al Yarmouk University is really nice full of markets, cafe and food shop. Also its 5 minutes driving to Irbid city centre as well as Arabella Mall. Price is excellent compared to other hotel

Near the University but not on the noisy street. I would recommend a higher room with windows open to the west (University st. ) because the view is really beautiful

The rooms open to south have balconies and nice if the weather is good. Also there is a 24/7 supermarket just outside and a good Falafel place beside it

One of the best hotels to stay in comparing with others in the area, wide rooms and good service; but, some times its price goes high.

For irbid, this hotel is as good as it gets, if I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely be staying here. Breakfast was included however did not get a chance to try it as I had to leave early

We arrived Amman airport close to midnight. Fortunately, Edward, the staff on duty was so accommodating that he waited for us and checked us in in the wee hours of the morning. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

It was fantastic! The room was huge; it's a hotel converted from the owner's home. The breakfast was incredibly generous. There were three boxes of tissues in the room, and the bed was so big it could sleep four people

I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel

The only minor drawback is the slightly awkward toilet layout; be careful when opening it. Also, the check-in system still uses keys, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend it

Irbid Plaza was my home For 7 nights and 6 days. The staff is very friendly and and has a 24 hour service/ reception desk. Location is strategic and best as it is just around the city junction on University street.

Located in Irbid, this hotel offers a rooftop restaurant and rooms with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. The bright rooms at the فندق اربد بلازا have parquet flooring and large windows

The facilities are a bit old, but the hotel has a great location. It's right next to the church with the mosaic murals, which is super convenient; the front desk gave us tickets, saving us money

I didn't expect much, but I was satisfied with the location and service. They even gave me free admission to a nearby church. The only downside was that the rooftop was under renovation

Cleanest of all reasonably priced stay options in madaba. Walkable to all historical sites and bars. The cafe on top overlooking the city. Soundproofing entire unit. Must stay

I plan to book hotel at Amman and somehow I confuse with location and book this hotel at Madaba (40 minute from Amman ) it’s turn to be amazing place to visit

Don't know what the accommodation component of the tour cost, but as the whole tour was reasonable I assume the accommodation cost was reasonable too

Two nights here mid-January 2026 for a quick visit to Petra. Booked in by Insight Tours (TourRadar). A short 5 minute walk from the Petra visitor centre (we have mobility issues so 10 minutes for us, but almost level!)

Good looking hotel at the top of the hill. From there it's a short walk to Petra. Supermarkets nearby and the rooms are airconditioned. At one point our air conditioning failed and we were given a new and better room

They have an agreement with the local Turkish hammam an if you book through them you get a 5JD discount per person, a must before or after walking Petra for hours! Would def stay again here!

Food is good, we ate here rather than seek restaurants. Small convenience shop immediately adjoining for all those oddities you left behind on the other side of the world

The room is quite big, the service is quite good, it's a 15-minute walk from the bus station, the breakfast is also OK, friendly, warm, quiet and comfortable
