On check in you are given a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant on the top floor. The food was delicious and with the discount it was very fairly priced

The hotel was good and well kept (apart from the gym) with very kind and helpful staff. If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool

Easy to get to and yiu are given a warm soft cookie on check in, amazing! The room had a sea view but due to the shape of the building, the room is constantly in shadow and over looks the pool

The hotel environment is great, and there's a designated spot for Dead Sea floating with staff assistance and Dead Sea mud provided. You need to take two elevators to get to the beach

Location not exactly at the epicenter for sightseeing, which would be the Citadel area. Didn't try local transport as I was driving. But getting a cab must have been very easy

Then the next day, I saw a post on their social media saying it was open, so I called again this time they said it only opens at 12 PM. Later, when I asked again, it turns out the pool actually opens at 9 AM

The Abdali Boulevard Hotel is an experience. I would rate it as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained. I had a suite with a kitchenette and a living room

It honestly felt like no one knew what was going on. This kind of confusion really affects the guest experience, and it’s something that seriously needs to be improve Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it

Was disappointed in how crowded the hotel was with tour groups. The location is in a quiet suburb, without restaurants or shops, necessitating an Uber or taxi ride to go anywhere

The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out

Most of us in the group had problems with the condition of the bathroom and the towels provided to us. The service was also very slow, perhaps due to the heavy rush of tourists to this Hotel

There is no better place to stay than Four Seasons while in Amman. I have stayed at many five star resorts, hotels, and I personally manage over 3000 units for hotel like services as well as owning rental units

I believe this hotel should analyze their hiring, training, and firing practices and write a book because this hotel has that process mastered to a T. Not a single staff member is beneath excellence

He seemed like he was forcing a smile, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable. We also asked for a crib for my son, but we were told that cribs are only available for children under two years old

My son is three, and normally other hotels do provide a crib for a child his age, so I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t possible at this location

Other than that, everything was fine, and I would consider staying here again in the future

It’s an old hotel, the rooms are old and dirty. You can’t open the windows. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The staff are nice though and the location is good
