We loved our stay here and found the hotel staff the best. Food was superb and RAFA & kitchen prepared a wonder meal fit for kings just for the four of us. The rooms are great wit views of the mountains of petra

Excellent hotel to stay when in Aqaba. The location is great just walking from the beach around 5-10 mins and the service was excellent too. The receptionist at that time when we arrived was super warm and friendly

By far this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Very clean, everything is new and shiny. This hotel is as good as the 5 star hotel. Honestly, you are underestimating it when you say 3 star hotel

I absolutely adored my short stay in Aqaba and was delighted with the hospitality and service of the staff. Hotel is located in a very nice location with everything in easy reach

The sheets on the bed were so old that they were pilled and very uncomfortable to sleep on. No way we would use the pool and Turkish bath, the water and area looked dirty

On our second day, a truck came and drained out the pool

Great service, clean and fairly well-appointed. The hotel has multilingual and efficient reception staff, reliabl WiFi that works in the rooms as well as the common areas, and excellent and varied breakfast options.

Boyfriend and I stayed here two nights as part of an Intrepid tour to visit Petra. We were a group of six, including our guide, and we were literally the only people staying in this hotel

The outside and the lobby look nice but the room was not. The furniture was old, the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub and sheets were stained

Excellent service, friendly staff and concierge. Understandable room service and quality continental breakfast every morning at decent hours. You can easily have a full meal at 10am here!

bit of a tricky location with most of the sidewalks covered in broken glass but the hotel itself is gorgeous, close to markets, about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea, and about 25 minutes walk from princess haya circle where you’ll find some of the more luxury downtown areas! breakfast is good and there’s a pool in the basement

Room was clean and nice, no towels on arrival but quickly delivered by the staff, free parking in front, good for one night stay. Breakfast could be better, more options for tourists and better quality

The pool area and gym could be better, as there are no sunbeds or anything to sit, while gym seems to be a maintenance storage with some construction going on

Sami at the reception is exceptional—he's always ready to help and went above and beyond by providing extra water, towels, and complimentary coffee

They also have an indoor pool that we didn't have time to enjoy

The hotel is kid-friendly, and the breakfast menu is good but could use more variety. One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the surrounding area, which needs more attention. Overall, I rate it 8 out of 10

This hotel was in the perfect location for my needs. My room was clean and comfortable and the owners were very friendly. They even invited me into their home to drink tea with them

😊 There is a lovely Terrace at the top for relaxing, drinking coffee and eating breakfast. I recommend you stay here while you are in Madaba

The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.

Not many people choose to stay in Madaba, and this hotel is more like a guesthouse, but it's excellent value for money. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, with balconies where you can watch the sunset

I was a bit unsure about booking this place because of the mixed reviews, but my experience was actually pretty decent. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and everything worked fine for a short stay

When we checked in and went to the room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. The shower needs curtains as water spills everywhere

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, clean rooms, they have bath tub, one can soak in with dead sea salt available at reasonable price around the reception area, rooms are spacious, good Wi-Fi network, the bar is good and reasonable, market is 5 mins walking distance so is bus and taxi service, ATM in close vicinity, buffet breakfast has good spread, overall the stay was nice and comfortable

The hotel is more a 3 star as it is a little dated but rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff have been more than helpful especially Omar and his team. Couldn’t fault my stay - value for money!

I really enjoyed the decoration and overall aesthetic of the place and thanks to the location you have quick access to the beach, but can also quickly reach restaurants and other places of interest

Very nice hotel with a very good location. The sea is like 10 meters away. It's possible to see it from the amazing terrace. I spent hours sitting on the terrace at night and looking at the night life by the sea

Nice, clean, good furnitures, good shower, comfortable bed and possible sea view rooms too. They do not have breakfast, but the location is right on the beach with a lot of options

Second time coming to the hotel, is close to everything and 5 min walking to the public beach. This hotel is the one with very reasonable price. We haven’t spend much time inside the room but we enjoy the common areas

Very warm and welcoming place, located close to all services. The staff were extremely kind, including the hotel owners. The only downside wew the absence of washing machines, which can be inconvenient in long stays

The atmosphere was extremely relaxed. In terms of cleanliness, it's perfect. The staff was constantly cleaning elevators, floors etc. Swimming pool on the top was also great; I spent most of my time around it

Noise in the foyer was heard until 12:00 in our room on the first foor. There were people talking loudly, and we could here this. Wifi was weak, to non-existent. Could have some fruit and more egg options

This hotel deserve more than 2 stars, It is newly renovated and it has everthing, even a toothbrush and toothpaste, very clean and very helpfull staff, the location is great, many outlet stores and restaurants nearby a supermarket and bakery at the doorstep

This makes it an ideal place for any holidaymakers who like to easily find souvenirs and/or sample local cuisine. My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jordan
