Great hotel in great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and cozy. If you want a hotel from which you can easily explore the city then you definitely have to stay at Aidana Plaza Hotel.

There is no soundproofing in the rooms. The staff is extremely inexperienced, you can wake up at 03:00 in the morning with sounds coming from the next room and you can be sure that the reception will be extremely insensitive to this. I would also like to point out that the staff is inexperienced, the rooms are clean.

The suite is quite comfortable and is a good value hotel in Kazakhstan. It is in the city center.
Turn left and walk along the sidewalk after leaving the hotel. Do not cross the road. Turn left and there is a good restaurant. The name is in the third picture. It is not listed in reviews and TripAdvisor. It is a halal restaurant. The taste is very good and the price is touching. It is not easy for two people to eat for more than 200 yuan. Those who cannot drink alcohol should pay attention. There is at least one guy in each class who can speak English and help order food.

Excellent location, within walking distance of shopping centers, shops, restaurants, water park. Huge comfortable room with spacious bathroom and work area. Very comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal. Breakfasts are excellent, very tasty. Good soundproofing - we lived opposite the elevator, but it is almost inaudible. The staff is friendly and polite.

Had a good stay. Hotel is well-located in the center, not far from Park Abay and the Arbat. The staff was excellent. They helped me find a power cord for my laptop and allowed me to check out a day early when I needed to. Some will have issues with the thin walls. I had a youngster in the next room screaming. And maybe with the road noise. However, I travel with a white noise machine that makes rain sounds and so was able to basically drown both noises out. My main and really only issue was the lack of air in the room. There is a window that you can open, but if it is closed, the air is hot and dry. The air conditioner/heating system seems to only make it more hot and more dry. The breakfast was pretty good. I ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but they were sometimes out of some things, and it is a bit expensive. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a good stay.

Great room size, the mattress was very supportive, good choice between soft and firm pillows, clean crisp bedding, good size shower with good pressure, clean floors and hallway, good selection at the breakfast buffet. Outside street noise can come into the room.

Very bad service👎 They have a problems with water every time and they always lie about to fix it.
So if you like to take a shower in the morning or before sleep never book this hotel ☝🏻
