I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to the Rise Hotel reception staff, especially Rosa, for their hospitality, friendliness, and homey atmosphere, as well as their willingness to help guests, which is especially important for first-time visitors to Almaty!
The rooms are cleaned daily, and the furniture is beautiful. There's a winter garden on the second floor.
The location is very convenient, with a bank nearby, a shopping mall, and the city center just a short distance away.
No need to purchase transportation tickets – taxis are very inexpensive.
I highly recommend this mini-hotel!

Great place with best service, was visiting from us for couple days, great stay

Good homely hotel, although the price seems overpriced. But the exhibition is nearby, the breakfasts are hearty, and no one bothers to sleep. The staff is friendly, what more could you ask for?

I do not recommend it for guests of the southern capital. I booked a room, I thought that everything would be fine - they refused on arrival. They said all the numbers are busy. Their management was not allowed to contact. I think this hotel is for renting girls for an hour.
