A great, clean hotel. The staff is very polite and welcoming. It's located not far from the airport, and a taxi is included in the room rate. I paid 30,000 tenge for one night, and breakfast is included. Overall, I recommend it.

The rooms are a bit dated, sure, but they're good enough for a night's sleep. The staff is very friendly, and the airport shuttle was great.

Fantastic value for money. Simple, clean, very nice staff. Free airport transfer, very quick and comfortable. The location - close to the airport, nothing fancy, safe and easy. Very happy. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone, who values simplicity and quality, without overspending.

I stayed here on a business trip while waiting for the next flight. The location very close to the airport is perfect for those who don't want to go too far when traveling like me; nothing to complain about the service, friendly, helpful and made an effort to communicate with me in English, excellent transfer to the airport; There is something to say about the rooms, even if I found a kettle for water for tea (which in these countries is practically an obligation and not an extra), the cleanliness must be clearly improved both for the bathroom, honestly a little too neglected and old and for the room where I unfortunately found a lot of hair from previous passages.
I would have expected more from a hotel in the capital!

Great hotel. Service is up to par. We met at the airport and drove off in the morning, the transfer was super! The room is fresh. They have an excellent cafe, which is also a bar with delivery! Minus, there is no restaurant menu in the room. You can call these numbers. I recommend it. Those who were in the Domodedovo Moscow hotel, they are coming to this.

Good budget hotel. Located very close to the airport. Transfer is free from/to the airport. We met and drove. The rooms are clean, the bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are snow-white. Disposable amenities in the shower, hairdryer on request. Kettle, two bottles of water, tea leaves and sugar. Stayed one night and paid for late check out. We had a good rest before the next flight. It was quiet at night. Breakfast is standard, coffee is delicious from the coffee machine. You can have lunch in their own cafe. We took a set lunch of three courses for 1500 tenge. Very tasty. One point about number: there is no curtain in the shower, splashes in all directions. But I think this is temporary, the hotel administration will pay attention to this. The staff are just darlings. Friendly. Let's take note of this hotel. We will continue to stay there. I recommend it. 🤗👍

My mother flew from Yekaterinburg to Germany on December 20. Arriving in Astana, it turned out that her flight was canceled and I had to quickly look for a hotel near the airport, because... She was an elderly person and it was night. The administrator on duty showed maximum attention to the current situation by organizing a transfer from the airport to the hotel. The next morning she did not fly again due to a technical error by the Luftgas airline, and again she had to resort to the help of the hotel staff.

Great hotel, helpful staff. Not far from the airport. There is a cafe nearby with delicious food. I liked everything.
