Our stay at the Bon Mary Hotel in Astana, Kazakhstan (June 2023) was highly disappointing. Despite paying a considerable amount, we discovered it was not a hotel but private apartments. Finding the front desk was a challenge, and our room had a non-functional shower, no hot water, and weak water pressure. The air conditioning was old and barely worked, making the room hotter than outside. Although the host was responsive, their solution didn't address the false advertising. We requested a refund for the remaining 5 days, but were only refunded for 4 days. The hotel canceled our booking, preventing us from leaving a review. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory.

This place is cozy except some smoky fogs on the air inside rooms. Plus, the service is fine but I didn't get a chance to hear some live music that supposed to be playing over there. All in all, it's good place to spend some time with your buddies over smoking kalyan and chatting about your work day.

The gorilla waiter is very slow and when he takes orders he puts his hands on the table, closing the table with his whole body. Live music is not bad, but to be honest, there are no pluses in this institution, besides it is relatively cheap.
The most annoying thing is that there is a very good design, there are posters of great musicians and artists like Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix everywhere, but you will not hear music from them.

Cozy, tasty, the staff is friendly, there is a smoking room for a hookah and a separate room for non-smokers! Life band is singing! Interest for the service is not taken, tip at the discretion of the guests! If you arrived at the place before 20.00 and managed to place an order, then you will receive -20% in the menu as bonuses! As well as numerous promotions! The only thing I recommend to the administration is to make the sign brighter! 😍🤗 😊

The best hookah (shisha) in town... prices are affordable, even cheap (they have individual promotion discounts per each day - e.g. Tuesday - every second beer is free or if you spend more than 20 K they will order for you free of charge ride to home)
