This was the worst hotel for almost 4,000 rubles!
Guys, where are you even looking when you give such ratings?
Let's start from the beginning: the service is absolutely zero. They just handed me a card and didn't say anything. Where is the communication with your guest?
Regarding the room, I can't say enough. I'll attach photos. It was so filthy, it was scary to walk in. The bed was completely torn, it had been through a nuclear war, it was scary to even step on the floor. Photos and reality are simply worlds apart.
I went to breakfast at 8:30, even though it's until 10:00 a.m. I'll leave photos of what was on it. I had breakfast included, why was there no food? Why was I hungry? What did I pay for? So, if guests arrive at 7am, they manage to eat, and then the food isn't replenished? What kind of attitude is this towards their guests?
There's a lot to say, but the price-quality ratio is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend staying there!

It's not a bad hotel. But far from all the attractions. The breakfasts are quite monotonous, but delicious. The room is generally clean.

The hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake!
However, unexpectedly, there was a "Da Tang" Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, where I had two full meals and two nights of beer 🍺, which was also a compensation! There are many literary and artistic landscapes around the hotel, so you can stroll around!

I can say that this is a good hotel from the USSR era. But what surprised me was that there is no black coffee for breakfast, only three in one, which I hate. So everything is homemade, the choice is not big, for such money it will do. The location of this hotel is not bad, good transport interchange, but you need to drive about 30 minutes to the facilities, and around there is a large magnum store, a large market where you can buy fruit for a low price, a canteen nearby, they cook deliciously, we tried a national dish.

I liked the price for the room 14785 t, the room's pros: TV, mini fridge, working shower, hair dryer, kettle. Cons: dirty carpet with stains, hard beds, no second chair, ventilation and air conditioning system does not work. Overall, it was ok for that kind of money.

Great hotel within walking distance of the historic city center. I liked that the single room was huge with a large double bed. Conveniently, there is a cafe with a pizzeria in the lobby. For breakfast, they served sliced with fresh vegetables and traditional scrambled eggs. The staff is friendly, everything was clean. The only thing was that there was no coffee for breakfast. Thank you, I will stay again when I am in Astana
