Tihiy Zamok in Bishkek

We were recently there in early June 2025. We paid 3,500 rubles. We weren't given the choice of room. They showed us the first room they saw and told us to check in. We checked in at 1:00 PM, and the room wasn't made. We asked for the sheets to be changed in front of us, but I doubted they'd changed them at all. The bathroom was wet and dirty. There were no robes, soap, or anything else, except for disposable slippers. The towels were cheap, reminiscent of the ones from grandma's dacha. The bedding was old and incomplete. There was no warm blanket, so we covered ourselves with sheets. They didn't give us anything else besides sheets. The air conditioning was on, but we froze at night; the remote didn't work. There was no refrigerator or electric kettle in the room, so forget about coffee or tea. We asked for cognac shot glasses, but they gave us 200-gram water glasses instead. There was no phone in the room; if you need anything, run downstairs and find the receptionist. The location is remote, a residential area. There's nothing nearby—no store, no pharmacy, absolutely nothing. I called a taxi and spent an extra 1,000 soms to and from the store, pharmacy, and back. I had to go to the Jal district. The service is terrible, and the hotel costs no more than 1,500-2,000 soms per night. Of course, there's no breakfast. They ask you to leave by 12 noon, not a minute later. We checked in and people were just leaving. There were other rooms, but they didn't show us.

I don't recommend it, it's not clean, the toilet stinks. We paid 3500 for a day, it's not worth it. There's not even breakfast.

Booked for two days, checked out on Ctrip the next day, but couldn't get a refund. The environment was very bad. If you go there, you still have to contact a Chinese person to open it.
