No elevator. Plug point not convenient. Not recommended

I really love the location of the hotel! It is surrounded by a massive variety of restaurants, even 7Eleven, making it super easy for guests to eat out even late at night. Also has a beauty salon nearby. It is near UCSI university, college and residence, making it ideal for those whose family members are studying there. I personally feel that the family deluxe room was a bit small but if you are out all the time, it doesn't really matter. Daily housekeeping is really excellent! But I didn’t like that the foot towel was laid on top of the bath towels, as it felt unhygienic. Apart from that, the rest was great.

booked n paid for a room with window, exactly as descrbed in room details. but during checkin was given a non-window room. and the room is actually a lower rate room. overpaid for nothing. kinda being scammed by the hotel.
