Location was great as it was very near to KL sentral. Our room was okay and spacious, but during our stay the room was recently painted so the smell of the paint was still very strong and quite unplesant. 

Location is perfect, just walk straight from bus drop off point in the KL sentral. Actually staff is nice, but after tiring journey, we'd like to have clear information and details direction (as we need to go to another building), we have to walk back again, and ask again in the middle of night. Room is not soundproof, we can hear people walk very clear.

The room was very small, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear chairs being moved and things being dragged around in other rooms all night, so I didn't get any sleep. The hygiene was okay though.

Convenient location, situated close to Nu Sentral for easy access to transport. Bottled water was nice to have. While the basic amenities were satisfactory, a slight musty smell was noticeable in the room.

Arrived around 2pm and the checked in was smooth. Ample parking space around hotel. Room was good and cleanliness acceptable. Stay here due to attend concert in kl. Theres a few good food nearby hotel which make us easy.

The hotel's location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. The area around the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good too!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very affordable. It has good parking spaces, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. Plus, it's right across from the train station, which is super convenient for getting around.

This property is extremely far from City Center, old and worn.. I've reserved better hotels for less. I found enough hair on the floor to make a wig let. The refrigerator froze my vegetables so no salad. A couple of high notes: the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the staff were helpful and very kind.

It's a strategic place for customer who wants short stay. Receptionist responded well because my booking was late check-in. The aircond is cold enough for me. And they had water heater and fridge as well. Just the room is not sound proof. Can hear people spoke outside the corridor.

We had a wonderful stay overall... the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was very convenient; the only drawback was that I did spot a single cockroach during my visit . Just once nothing much, otherwise, great experience first time in KL

Easy and near to the LRT station

The room was okay, but it had a strange smell and the toilet kept running. For those of you traveling to Luoyou, I recommend staying near the Twin Towers; it's quite convenient.

Nothing to shout. Stay for a night. You get what you pay for nothing to mutter about. Location superb, you can find uncle/auntie food stalls and a nyonya restaurant hidden around the corner.

My room located beside the lift, facing the restaurant. The sound from the lift was heard clearly. The traffic light sound was heard so clearly at night. The air ventilator in the room rang many times in the midnight. The price paid for this room equals to a better hotel with better room facilities in Bangkok, Thailand.

Huge room suitable for family travel

The place is clean and in a good location. However, it was very noisy during midnight, like before 3 a.m., as there is a pub around and the soundproofing is not very good.

The hotel is right outside the subway station, with a McDonald's downstairs and a KFC, Watsons, and 24-hour convenience store directly across the street. You can easily walk to the food stalls near Petaling Street. Given Kuala Lumpur's complex transportation system, the hotel's central and well-connected location offers excellent value for money.

It’s my second time stay here. We stayed here for 5d4n. First, they clean our room literally every day, chage the towel, amenities and water bottle too. It’s good cause we can sleep in a clean room. Location is strategic, hotel also provides free car park, but based on first come first served. Reception is helpful and even provide me the disposable cutlery when I order grab food. The hotel management truly in the business of hospitality indudtries. They are sensitive and understand patrons needs and effect full refund for matter beyond their control (due to water disruption) despite not yet getting refund from their booking vendor provider. They even advice alternative accomodation. Thumbs up for such spirit of professionalism. Full 10 stars service.
