The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay. It is a non smoking hotel. But don't expect the tenants will heed that. We had our room changed due to the strong cigarette smell in our room and the corridor.

Once a nice hotel I'm sure, now past its best. Check in was good, but our room has no windows (only deluxe room gets a view of any sort), bed linen was marked, no towels in the room and 2 lights not working. Great location, within walking distance to attractions. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. However, the facilities are a bit dated. The shower doesn't have a door, so water splashes everywhere when you use it. Other than that, it was fine.

I do like the hotel for the convenience of location and friendliness of its staff. However the cleanliness could be improved, especially the window and shower was mouldy 😬

Location is around 5 to 10 mins walk from lrt and monorial station. Many eating places around the hotel. Check in and check out is fast and no deposit is required. Room is actually as show in the photos. All inside the room is working well. It is not a high class hotel look but everything is in good order. Coffee tea is provided. Mini fridge and a safe in the room too.

A strategic location in kl city centre. However the reserved room was quite dirty with few strands of hairs on d bed and vanity table. Not sure whether the bedsheet was replaced before or vice versa. Management to improve d cleanliness.

Easy and near to the LRT station

A good hotel with an excellent location on the main street . They just have a monument on the guests.. He made me pay the tax twice in addition to the travel tax, they claim. The room is small..

The room was okay, but it had a strange smell and the toilet kept running. For those of you traveling to Luoyou, I recommend staying near the Twin Towers; it's quite convenient.

My room located beside the lift, facing the restaurant. The sound from the lift was heard clearly. The traffic light sound was heard so clearly at night. The air ventilator in the room rang many times in the midnight. The price paid for this room equals to a better hotel with better room facilities in Bangkok, Thailand.

It’s my second time stay here. We stayed here for 5d4n. First, they clean our room literally every day, chage the towel, amenities and water bottle too. It’s good cause we can sleep in a clean room. The staff was so kind. The location is best, in front of LRT masjid jamek. Best for budget traveler. They have a nice rooftop too

Perfect. Booked through Agoda for a very reasonable price. Gotten huge room with smart tv. Nothing to complaint. Just if can make everywhere smoke free without any cigarette smell will be better.

I'm just returning costumer, we love the place cause it in the middle of the crowd. there's plenty of place, food stall, massage, supermarket, mall, and subway, just outside the hotel, 30 second walk to anywhere. and sorry, I dont have photos, cause I'm not cellphone guy take pict om everything.

The room was clean and the building secure. We loved the “free flow” coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby! Free laundry is a major plus and I took advantage of their healthy cafe for a delicious berry smoothie when we checked out. Recommended!

The hotel's location isn't in the city center, so you'll need a taxi to get to the lively areas. There's a convenience store nearby, but the subway station is a bit of a walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and had excellent service.
