Good location, very friendly service (both receptionists and security guards!). We love the free afternoon tea service. However, room cleanliness should be improved.

Cleanliness: Very good. Ambiance: Quite refined. Service: Excellent. Facilities: Well-maintained, and the location is superb, within walking distance to popular attractions. The only minor drawbacks are that the rooftop pool is a bit small and the breakfast selection isn't extensive, but overall, it's great value for money.

The room facilities are fantastic, very clean, and the service is excellent. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Berjaya Times Square, and getting to the Petronas Twin Towers is also very convenient. There are Indian restaurants and ramen shops right outside. Highly recommended! Our room even had a city view, and we could see both the Twin Towers and KL Tower right from our bed.

The hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, with excellent facilities and no unpleasant odors. It's also conveniently located for transportation. As a nice touch, they even gave us a welcome gift on our first day.

I enjoyed my stay. It's clean, and the staff were very helpful. They've maintained well enough. Internet was super fast. Good TV. Netflix was provided. However, the vending machine didn't work at all. Without carrying the access card to the vendor machine will be like an episode of Mr. Bean (don't watch my footage), because it's behind the car park gate, which closes automatically.

I've booked this place multiple times, and it's always my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Kuala Lumpur. The environment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores just a few minutes' walk away, and getting a taxi is super easy. This is the only apartment I'll stay at when I come to KL.

Location is around 5 to 10 mins walk from lrt and monorial station. Many eating places around the hotel. Check in and check out is fast and no deposit is required. Room is actually as show in the photos. All inside the room is working well. It is not a high class hotel look but everything is in good order. Coffee tea is provided. The room was nice and spacious, and the location is excellent. However, I was disappointed by a few issues: The hot water wasn’t working. I reported it, but the next day it remained unresolved, so I ended up showering with lukewarm water, which was a major letdown. The hallways smelled dusty. Well located hotel, short walking distance to KL Central for transport. Hotel staff were very helpful and the room's were spotless. There's a nice rooftop terrace with comfortable sofas, lounges a large TV table seating and a small gym with changing room. The restaurant wasn't open whilst we were there, we were given a voucher for breakfast at the ABC Caffe just round the corner from the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. While the rooms are generally clean, I had no window at all. I could also hear lots of noise from other guests or staff speaking in their rooms and the hallways, from the water pipes in the ceiling and from the old and loud air conditioning system. This is a rather old service apartment, we got a 2+1 study bedder. The location is not exactly fantastic, need a car for most places, otherwise, just be prepared to walk. The rooms are simple and basic, quite dated. Facilities are reasonable, the sheltered pool is fantastic, water is clean and gym is decent. The breakfast is ala carte, not quite nice but doable.

The air-cond in my room is not functioning even though a complaint has been made but still no action was taken by the hotel. The jazuzzi is broken. I asked for the hotel staff to switch on the jazuzzi but instead she switched on the sauna.
