Is not a big hotel but is just very to move around when stay here... All the shopping malls are just around n walking distance.... Rooms are small...so it might be difficult for couples with few huge luggage in the room...

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Only 1 thing I wish is that I was hoping to get a room with window. Also have issue with the odor in the toilet but resolved. They have amazing breakfast in the building.

The bed is short, anyone over 170 would have their feet sticking out of the bed. Good part is they do provide both hard and soft pillows for you to choose. Hotel is old so the room looks abit dirty. They do provide bath foam and hair conditioner but both is store in a seperate packet and it can be a difficulty to open it.

Rooms are clean, simple, and suitable for families, with basic amenities well maintained. The staff are polite and cooperative, and check-in/check-out was smooth. It’s a practical option for short stays, business visits, or family trips where location and affordability matter more than luxury.

Very good nice view and very near to LRT. Very near to shopping complex such as MUAZ, MYDIN, SEMUA HOUSE , FIRST LADY, JACKEL MALL and lot more . Easy to find food to eat.

This hotel is very strategically located, literally right in front of the Masjid Jamek LRT station—just 10 steps away. The service is very friendly, and you can check in 24 hours a day. The bedroom condition is indeed old, but it is very well maintained. I have stayed here three times already, and I highly recommend it. .

Quick-escape stays for me because it was quite affordable for this room. The location was very veryyy good 👍🏻 the Masjid Jamek station just right in front of you and make it your plan easier. There are quite many street parking but you need to pay because under Majlis. This hotel requires RM50 cash deposit. The staff at counter is not always abailable but they leave cintact number at desk so u can contact. Got lift. Got water heater. No hairdryer. The room and toilet is quite clean. Tv is working most of the time.

It is *n old budget hotel with poorly m*int*ined f*cilities. The *ircon in my room keeps shutting like ******* * ***** inside my room. I love th*t I h*ve * window but the f*cilities needs to be improved. The tv dont work *nd they provide toiletries. The bed gives me some itch. The door is so difficult to close too.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help.

Great value for money, the bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure and was spotless.

Chose the hotel for the proximity to National Jalil stadium. An easy 15-min walk back after concert. Highly recommended.

Very good, very good. The hotel is safe and easy to find, close to the subway station. The deposit was paid in RMB and wasn't withheld. The room was quiet, perfect for solo travelers looking for a simple and relaxing stay.

The location is fantastic, right in front of the station, but it can be a bit noisy. If you close the inner doors in the room, it's not too bad. The 24-hour front desk was really convenient for my early morning flight. It's the perfect hotel if you just need a place to sleep. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful with information about Grab.

Dust everywhere in the room. room smell bad. request for more quiet room instead they give me very noisy one. 2 nepal guys(probably cleaner) knocked my room door at 11am ask us to out eventhough our check out time at 12 noon.

The room is very small only, no need too much lights, should put 1 light at the wardrobe side and in the toilet. Too much moss on the toilet wall corner and under the basin. The basin also got blockage. I don't mind to come back but I mind if I'm going to clean it by myself haha.

The room is okay, but there is no elevator. There is a shop downstairs and the stairs are very high. Once you climb up, you won't want to come down. You have to call a taxi when you go out. The room is not cleaned every day.

I was very disappointed when I repeated asked to have the TV cable connection repaired. I was never looked at. The rooms all around had cable. I was there for over a month. They chose to keep my deposit for what seemed an outrageous charge.

Air con in room was way too noisy when I checked in, but housekeeping was knocking on my door within minutes and instructed me to activate Quiet mode on the air con remote controller. Was better thereafter. Counter staff were polite and efficient. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Location is excellent. Value for money.

I dont have to say much about this gem of a hotel. I am staying here from last one year and not found any alternative in city of Pattaya. Its highly recommended for everyone.

There is additional payment here and there, that made the payment even more than what is displayed in the apps. The room is okay, but what made it dissapointing is the pool was on reno during our trip and the owner didn’t even bother to inform.

The bed sheets and towels were very dirty, with blood stains on them. They do not provide any amenities, which is quite disappointing; at the very least, they should offer hand wash for after using the toilet. Good place to stay at the middle of everywhere to Kuala Lumpur

The Forum served us very well as a basr frim which to explore KL. While not right in the hustle and bustle of the city a short walk to the MRT got us anywhere we wanted to go in a flash. I will stay here again.
