The night view of the Petronas Twin Towers was amazing! They also added an extra bed, which was a nice touch. Check-in was on the L floor, right at the top, and there's a separate elevator to get to the rooms.

The hotel is within walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, and KLCC, which I really liked. It’s close to crowded areas, yet still feels convenient and away from traffic jams and human noise. Not the best, but not the worst either. My main complaint would be the cleanliness. My room had a thick collection of dirt and dust behind the door. But the staff were amazing at their job, so helpful and accommodating.
