We arrived at hotel almost 5pm. The receptionist said the premier room that I booked already fully booked. I insisted the king bed room & she give me free upgrade to executive room with side twin tower view☺️. The room is huge & comfortable. It is quiet & we have a good sleep during the night. Breakfast delicious. Rating 8/10. Minus cause doesnt have cheese section.
Hotel is walking distance to Pavilion...
This hotel is truly “old but gold.” The service, facilities, and room quality are all very good. My room was connected to the swimming pool on the second floor, making it very convenient and easy to access. There are three different swimming pools available. Valet parking is provided at RM40 per day.
The hotel is located near Pavilion and is within walking distance. With a price tag below RM400, it...
Booked a two-night, one-bedroom twin apartment for 800+ (yuan, presumably), and got a free upgrade to a premier suite! My son was so thrilled he said it was the best hotel of his life. Check-in and check-out were super smooth, even for someone like me with limited English. The breakfast had a great variety, and I even tried a yogurt that made me question everything (maybe it wasn't yogurt after all...
Hotel good location and sraff friendly, room big and clean, only i suggest aircon need do some maintainance because not cold enough, brealfast good
Facilities: Some reviews mentioned poor facilities, but I found them to be quite unique and excellent. You can tell from the photos. The only thing is the hairdryer in my room was quite old, but all other facilities were great.
Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent, very clean. I brought my own sheets but didn't even need to use them.
Environment: Fantastic! I was initially worried about insects and...
I stayed for 2D1N at The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur in a one-bedroom apartment, and it was a very comfortable experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well laid out, making it feel more like a home than a hotel room.
The living area was cozy, and the bedroom was comfortable with a good bed for a restful night. The apartment was well maintained, and having extra space was definitely a plus...

Simply love this hotel. Room is spacious and very clean. Bed is so very comfortable. Breakfast spread is good. Nothing to complain!
The facilities are a bit old, but the overall service is good and the room is quite spacious. It's also convenient for getting around; there's a mall across the street, and it's not too far to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. There was even an event on New Year's Eve.
This hotel left a really good impression and great memories. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view from the window. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly and nice.
Service: Satisfactory, completely met expectations.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Great location, very convenient for getting around.
There are quite a few Michelin-starred restaurants nearby, as well as bars and night markets, which creates a really vibrant atmosphere.
Chose this hotel for Christmas because of their Christmas buffet. The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall it was very clean. The view was great and the location was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious too.
Very convenience walkable to every where. My kids also love the room nice view from room and love the bathtub. Most staff are very helpful and friendly..highly recomended

I initially thought the location was a plus, but then I encountered a music festival. Roads around the hotel were blocked or jammed, and even getting to the subway station was a chaotic mess of people. The worst part was the performances going on until almost 1 AM every night. The noise pollution was severe; even with earplugs, it had little effect, leading to me averaging less than five hours of sleep...
The Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur city center is only about a five-minute walk from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet. They provide four bottles of mineral water daily. Housekeeping and turn-down service are offered every day. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and happy to help. There are also staff at...
The location is amazing, between TRX and Pavilion mall, big room size but some areas can use a little renovation.
This feels like the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the location is excellent too. The butler service is incredibly thoughtful; they even bring your luggage right to your room door and are very polite. I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel.
The service attitude was great, and the hotel location is very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall quality. It was super convenient that the kids and seniors could stay together, and the price was very economical and affordable! 👍👍👍 The luggage scale is quite unique~ 🤭🤭🤭
Convenient location! However, service speed for luggage delivery and housekeeping could improve. During our stay, the main pool was under maintenance, but the hotel provided access to the JW pool, about a 5-minute walk away. It was our anniversary, and the hotel kindly decorated our room, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again when visiting KL!

The night view of the Petronas Twin Towers was amazing! They also added an extra bed, which was a nice touch. Check-in was on the L floor, right at the top, and there's a separate elevator to get to the rooms.
The room was spacious enough, with a sofa bed, so three people could stay comfortably without needing an extra bed, and the kids actually preferred the sofa bed. Being on a higher floor, the view was great. Even though it wasn't a room with a 'tower view,' the front desk and restaurant on the top floor more than made up for it.
Before checking in, I was a little nervous after reading some mixed reviews, but after staying, I thought it was excellent! For this price and the amenities, the value for money is outstanding. You can enjoy a view of the Twin Towers from the 38th floor, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it super convenient for getting around. Of course, having to transfer elevators...
The lobby offers a direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers, and the tower-view rooms also boast direct views of the towers.
The hotel is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained!
The shower in the room was excellent (strong water pressure and multiple functions).
The gym is also pretty good. Overall, it's a great hotel.
For this trip to the Grand Hyatt, I booked two room types. The Tower View Deluxe Room offers partial views of the Twin Towers at night from the bed and sofa, but you need to walk right up to the floor-to-ceiling windows for a full panoramic view. The breakfast restaurant is on the 38th floor, offering 360-degree high-altitude views, which makes dining there a real pleasure. You can choose your own...
The hotel boasts an excellent location, with the commercial center within walking distance, and you can enjoy direct views of the Petronas Twin Towers from your room. The breakfast spread is generous, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. While the rooms aren't the most high-tech, they are clean, comfortable, and quiet, with ample space. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Stayed at ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park for a day during my visit to Kuala Lumpur, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was good, with spacious and comfortable rooms that made the stay relaxing. The service provided by the staff was good and courteous throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent with a good variety and...
The hotel's location was a bit more out of the way than I expected; it took quite a walk to find it after getting off the metro/light rail. The path to the hotel was a bit roundabout. However, the interior of the hotel was better than anticipated. It's a large hotel, and the room was also bigger than I thought. There are 24-hour convenience stores like 7-Eleven and many restaurants nearby, which is...
The room was clean and comfortable and there was breakfast, but I always wake up late and the location near the train is great. Next time I will go again and try the breakfast.🤍
It was impossible to catch any sleep. The window soundproofing is extremely poor and the location is constantly noisy. The property is facing some railroad tracks and a large highway. Loud cars, bikes and rattling trains pass through all day and night. Even the outside A/C exhaust can be heard very loud from the inside. Due to this poor soundproofing and level of noise, I would not recommend staying...
Stayed here for a night on new year eve to watch the fireworks at TRX. Comfortable stay. Breakfast was catered mostly for Indian tourists.
The hotel is located near to a MRT/LRT Station Chan Sow Lin, about 5 min walk to the station, connected by bridge. Next station is TRX Mall.
Abit far to other places such as Chinatown. But easy to call for grab which can shorten the time to 10-15min.
The hotel is clean and big. Daily room service.
The breakfast spread not that food. limited dishes and taste is average.

After almost 20 years of not being in KL, we decided to stay at pavilion hotel as Bukit Bintang being the most central location. Location is perfect. Connected to the Mall. Good breakfast. Great service. Room size is big. Great bed especially the shower.
We booked 2 room but one room with bad smell.
Hotel car park signage not clear as we park at hotel side we don’t know need to pass another barrier end up Cause us pay total RM52 parking fee.
Great location within a major mall. Shopping is super convenient and lots of restaurants to choose from. The room is comfortable and clean.
Thank you Pavilion KL for early check in. Also thank you for the chair in shower area. Excellent location. Will continue to stay in Banyan Tree Pavilion KL when we travel to KL. Highly recommended.
Very well equipped room and luxurious though some guest s may find the room and corridors a bit dark due to the dark wood furnishings. Infinity pool & gym looked nice (did not use). Breakfast quality is average - the freshly made prata and eggs are the highlight. Limited tv channels for English movies, towels in room were thin and rough - this was quickly mproved after housekeeping were informed. Management...

Second time staying in this hotel. Love the location as it’s just a few minutes walk to Pavilion KL area and a lot of nice cafe and restaurants around that area too. Will come back again next time!
The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Pavilion Mall and very close to the famous restaurants.
The facilities are a little old and the hotel staff was not that friendly. We checked out at 6am but there was no staff, he was resting inside the office until I called out loud.
I honestly don't think it's a 5 star hotel standard. Its quite disappointing.
Good location, renovated not too long ago. Friendly staff, we have a group of 6 occupied 4 rooms for 2 nights, excellent experience that will come back again.
Hotel that convenient to go around the KL area. There is foods stall, mall nearby just walking distance. The price is worth it.
The service are good and the sleeping bed are comfortable. Also thank to new water refill on there
The location is excellent, the staff were super friendly and polite, and both rooms were big and comfortable. The hotel was clean. There was a strange smell in the corridor, I think because of the weather, but it did not affect our stay or rooms at all. We took breakfast, which was fair. Thank you for the free room upgrade!
Room was huge with dated furnishings, but all was very clean.
management might want to consider to refurbish as the doors and furnitures have signs of aging with chip offs etc.
Complimentary breakfast had a good buffet variety with fluffy croissants and egg counter.
Parking was complimentary too, just beware of the carpark as it's quite tight for modern day...
Amazing stay at Furama! Love the facilities and the coffee machine in lobby. Location was a bit sketchy as surrounded by main roads /highways but could navigate around these in the end. The cleaner/services guy Rakib was amazing!! View from 19th floor was great
Its a old hotel so cannot expect so much.
Hotel is opposite Lalaport Mall. Very convenient.
The service was good. However, it was a pretty old hotel, and many of the fixtures were showing signs of wear and tear. A point to note: it stated that to protect the environment, they would only do house cleaning every 3 days. Due to this, I did not secure my belongings properly, and when I returned from outside, my room had been cleaned. This needs to be communicated to the user clearly to prevent...

Amazing experience at Sunway Velocity Hotel! The Chinese staff at the counter left a great impression with their excellent service. The room was super comfortable and clean, and honestly everything was just perfect. Loved my stay and will definitely return again ❤️

This time, the room was the best one I've had so far! I really enjoyed my stay. I felt like the quality of the cake had gone down a bit, but I'd still love to stay here again next time.

Really enjoyed my stay here - most importantly because it is at a strategic location in the heart of KL but very peaceful and serene. Service was good too with turndown & bubble bath services provided. Will be back! :)

Beautiful hotel. We had a 15th floor Junior suite

Hotel Majestic Kuala Lumpur is truly a charming place to stay. One of its biggest highlights is the convenient location, with easy access from KTM Kuala Lumpur and just around an 8-minute walk from MRT Muzium Negara. It is also within walking distance to Muzium Negara, making it perfect for both leisure and short city trips.

It's within walking distance of attractions like the National Mosque, museums, and the Old Railway Station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
The staff provided good service, but I felt the cleaner wasn't doing their job thoroughly. After complaining to the lobby manager, they promptly resolved the issue by moving me to a different room.
I stayed in the new building, and the room facilities were decent. The front desk and concierge staff provided excellent service, and there was a good variety of breakfast options. Corus KLCC was a magnificent place to check out.
The staff members were very pleasant and nice to talk to. They provided accurate instructions and directions when I asked them about the toilet, convention room, parking, and where the smoking area was.

Stayed here recently and the experience was a bit mixed. When we first checked in, the bedsheet had stains, so we had to request a room change. Even in the new room, it still wasn’t cleaned properly — under the bed clearly wasn’t vacuumed and there was visible dust. The bathroom paint also looked quite worn out, which made the overall feel a bit less pleasant.
