The staff was amazingly helpful and pretty decent place of stay for me. The room's door was not sound proof though so I could hear the things going on outside quite clearly. Rather satisfied with my stay nonetheless.

The hotel management truly in the business of hospitality indudtries. They are sensitive and understand patrons needs and effect full refund for matter beyond their control (due to water disruption) despite not yet getting refund from their booking vendor provider. They even advice alternative accomodation. Thumbs up for such spirit of professionalism. Full 10 stars service.

The staffs are very polite. The environment is quite unique and their room is clean and comfortable. They have their own beverage cafe and there are some restaurants nearby too it’s very convenient.

Seven days domestically or slightly less. It's near the light rail station, perfect for those who like it. The air conditioner is old but functional, though a bit loud. The night market nearby is great. Affordable, delicious, and affordable.

This hotel is affordable and conveniently located near Fengan Setapak Central. There are also Mamak stalls and other shops right in front of and around the hotel.

This property is stellar. It's clean, comfy, quiet and the staff are very kind. The scenic and pristine Taman Tasik Danau Kota Park is just behind the hotel. A mall is next door and there are countless restaurants in every direction. I highly recommend this property.

Great location. My 2nd stay on this hotmail. The location is simply great. Kl sentral is just a stone's throw away, from the hotel entrance, walk a few steps, turn left again, 2-3 mins walk straight, turn riight, Take the lift press 1 out, go straight a few steps, see the cafe " illy" walk around, enjoy your shopping .

This was my 2nd time booked this hotel because of good location, very near to KL Sentral. I was quite happy with the room booked in Jan 26, however, this time, look like there were some room for improvement in cleanliness and bathroom space. I woke up late and the staff came to wake me up! It was 12:50- the hotel allowed me to check out no issues and no fees. I checked out at 1:05 and they did not charge me a fee. I really appreciate the kindness.

Please rectify your window knob at Room 407 because it cover up with binding tape. Its unsafe and insecure. Also, make sure the water pressure for fixed shower head in optimum condition pressure.

This is a really nice hotel right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It's super convenient to get to from the airport; the airport coach takes about an hour and only costs 15 MYR. The young lady at the front desk was so welcoming and had a great attitude – I think she was a local Malay. A nice place to stay in the heart of KL. The major tourist places are just a few metres away. The view from the roof-top swimming pool on the 18th floor, esp in the evening is quite good. Breakfast option is widespread and food is good. Fancy restaurants are all around this building. All the amenities are well maintained. House keeping staff are professional and friendly.

Nice place with all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. The building is situated centrally to the main sites of KL. The room was extremely comfortable. The pool has some nice views over the city and well equipped with a heap of sun beds.

Consider it only if you are very tight on your budget and can’t afford anything more than $25 per single bed room. The room I took has all facilities states - very true. It has Air Con - in a room of 2x2m it would be blowing right to your head. In cooling mode that’s not just comfortable, but risky. In fan mode, for the room with no access of fresh air and and unmaintained filters it makes not comfortable...

Really love our stay. They upgraded our room and it was satisfying.

The location is about a 10-minute walk from the station. There's a Hwa Morning Market/food court nearby. Remember to bring cash as they only accept cash for the deposit. It's very suitable for travelers with early morning flights.

My first solo trip to Malaysia, and someone told me to look for a hotel near Central Market. I couldn't find this particular hotel though, even after searching all night, so I ended up switching to a different one.

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Jalan Alor. Inside, it's very clean and hygienic, and the bed is just right – not too hard, not too soft, very comfortable.

The environment is elegant and quiet, and the service is excellent. It's much better than the accommodation across the street. We even extended our stay after the first night. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one offers great value for money.

First time stay at Accord Hotel, room size still acceptable, but the sound proves in the room can be improve.. cos can easily hear the outdoor activities sound.. Close to Jalan Alor, and the soundproofing is decent – you might hear a motorcycle occasionally, but my friend and I slept really well. The service is good, and it's clean and hygienic. I especially liked their grapefruit-scented toiletries.

Everything about this hotel is good… clean & worth the money. You can’t expect more at that price. Honestly good except the smell of curry from the neighbor’s cooking.

Maple Inn Hotel is definitely one of the best in the KL area. There are plenty of amenities nearby, all within walking distance. It's absolutely worth it.
