We booked the Queen Bed with Balcony Room just because we can't be in no-window room. Be sure to check before you book. The room is small for 3 of us (me, wife and 3 yo son). We've been more than please with the house. 4 quite big bedrooms which took the 7 of us. The piscine was a bonus and the kids had great fun. A lot of flowers all around which gives a good vibe. We really enjoyed it and we would go back. We had an issue with closing the door but help was offered.

I like this place for the location and cleanliness. But the issue is the noise. Noise isolation is bad. Throughout the night you can hear vehicles from outside. So would not recommend if you are a medium-light sleeper.

In a few minutes, you can easily reach the central market, Chinatown, subway station, and various places for eating. From this hotel to Petronas Tower, there are just two subway stations. Excellent service. Excellent location for mass rail transport. However the ambience outside the hotel is not presentable. Important note is the front of the hotel is not accessible by car. You need to walk at least 30 feet to the road for your taxi. However the excellent service compensates these inconveniences.

If you want a budget hotel just for sleeping at night, you can book this hotel. It is about 900 m from the LRT station, and there are many shops nearby. You can easily find Indian food and other restaurants around the area. Please do not book a room with a shared bathroom, as they are usually not clean.
