Unbelievable right from the start, the lock on the door was faulty so we thought we were locked out, no staff are located on site to help, got in after about an hour and a half. Once inside we found the lowest quality apartment we have ever been in. There was a basic 2 ring table top cooker and grill but no pots or pans to use. The bed bases were home made out of chip board. There was a bath with shower hose so short we had to kneel in the bath to use it and no shower curtain. The sink tap was not attached to the sink, it was loose on flexy hose coming up through the hole. The floors were so dirty that on the first full day there we had to go to a supermarket and buy detergent to mop the floor with. All through the night every night it was so noisy outside we had to close the windows which was not ideal as there was no air conditioning. There was no maid service at any time during the week to change towels or bedding but they were on the doorstep step 11am exactly the day we left. Over all although we loved Malta this was the worst apartment ever.
