No electricity, no staff, bar and restaurant always closed. No food offered and couldn’t get any bedding. On the plus side it was lovely and quiet as no one else was here. Little problem with pigeons keep nesting on balcony. Pool had no water in it but plenty of free sun loungers, even had a chair in the pool. Probably won’t be returning.

Where do I start when I walked inside the room I made a list of all the broken things so far 1. two lights 2. bed 3.shower head 4. Hair dryer 5. Ac 6. toilet and finally 7.television and the service was worse there never where anybody at the reception and if there was they would be either on there phones or watching TV but then again the location was perfect it had stores and restaurants but all and all I give it a 1 star

Run down, dirty, gross
Room was horrendous, no air con, stained sheets, towels, dodgy plugs, broken taps, mirror the list goes on!
Pool area is a complete hazard, food was appalling, my friend neither broke her jaw eating a bread roll, no bottled water given out meant to be all inclusive!
Moved to another hotel after 1 night was that bad!!!

If you are a british hooligan who doesnt care how dirty a room is, how broken the furniture, how disgusting the bath, if the lift is not working and the staircase is in total darkness, if waste and food are collected at the end end of each floor, if there are incompetent people at the reveption which is not a problem of using computers because they did not have one there, how ugly fat british women in muscle shirts are grabbing food with their hands of the buffet because there are no spoons , so if you are only interested in boozing then forget it. Even the bar was dirty with cockroaches and a barkeeper who had no idea how to manage it.
We stayed on xmas 2015 and left after one night, it was the worst hotel I've ever been before (and i stayed in many muchi more uncivilized countries than Malta)

I have just returned from Malta last week july 2016, and this was the hotel we were booked into,and it was the pits, it was very dirty, bedding was grey army blankets, we arrived around 12.00 midnight tired after a delayed flight to be given the keys to the worst room l have ever seen, the wall lamps were so rusty we could not tell if they were chrome or gold, the shower head was lying in the bath as the wall part was broken the frame of the bed looked like it would fall apart if you sat on it basic is not the word bog basic maybe. We complained to the manager Lee who was very helpful and gave us a choice of rooms in the San Anton Hotel which was basic but cleaner and more liveable. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel it is more like a workers hostel as there were men getting picked up at 5.30 to go fruit picking and arriving at 7.00pm evening. It is nothing like the pictures shown l would check the reviews before booking or have booked be prepared for a dissapointment,

One of the worst hotels ever, food is not fit for human consumption, cockroaches a plenty,ran out of towels and sheets and even beer.rooms rarely cleaned.,it really is that bad and the reason it got the one star from me is because of the breakfast which was the only meal of the day that was edible.
This hotel gives malta a bad name and malta is lovely..

Typical hotel in San Pawl, good for sunny break. You get what you pay for. Breakfast and dinner is basic but VERY good for the price.

As soon as we arrived we went to the room and the room was clean however we had booked a double bed yet we was met with twin beds. Got told by a receptionist they don’t have enough double beds. The food was absolutely disgusting and made me rather ill. We had to eat out pretty much for the last 4/5 breakfasts and night because we simply couldn’t stomach the food. We paid all inclusive as well and drinks stopped at 11 being served and no spirits during lunch and dinner! Just seems like one big rip off spent pretty much most of our day out of the hotel as much as we could. Our tv didn’t work, our light didn’t work. No use telling reception as they weren’t bothered. I think the stay would’ve been a lot better had the food have been better and the drink times, make them 24/7??? We could only get one drink at a time at the bar, we was all inclusive so why not! The hotel overall is a 1 star for me.
