I had a great stay at the Canifor Hotel in Malta. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location is convenient, close to the coast and local shops

We were there for a festival so didnt need to spend much time in the room other than to get ready and to sleep. Dont let the other reviews scare you or put you off its definitely not as bad as what its made out to be

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with simple amenities such as a small TV, fridge and kettle. The indoor pool is very nice with a jacuzzi and also a sauna. The bar staff are very friendly and the local beer is decent

Honestly dont have a bad thing to say regarding this hotel. The hotel staff were lovely, room cleaned and towels changed every day. Of course it needs a bit of tlc throughout but didnt have any issues with it at all

wifi free all over the building. helpful staff especially who work in reception They helped me for tourist places. always smiling I booked early so I got good price I advise people to stay there

When we got there we were very pleasantly surprised, it was clean and a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are quite large and functional. I would definitely stop there again

It’s a traditional Maltese building with sandstone walls that has been tastefully refurbished with gorgeous Mediterranean tiles and local art on the walls. The owners have amazing taste and Julie is a wonderful cook

Received a warm and friendly welcome from hosts Julie and Glen. The house is beautifully restored and full of character,within walking distance of the Ferry to Valletta, Senglea and Birgu. Excellent breakfasts.

Very nice guesthouse in a restored building. Well done and everything looks high quality. The house has so many old features but combined with modern rooms who offer all the comfort you can wish for

Stopped for a coffee and a slice of apple pie. Is in the back streets of Victoria on the Marselforn side of the main road from the harbour

The pie and the coffee were both good, at a reasonable price, and the lady who served me was pleasant

Very good budget hotel if you like to be in the centre of Victoria very close to everywhere in Gozo

One of the towels was a bit dirty and some parts were showing its age but other than that the area was generally kept clean

Booked again and loved the stay, easy and comfortable spot however I was disappointed at the towel situation cuz it was idk not clean or burnt I guess??there was a brownish mark, other than that I loved it there again since the staff is very helpful

Location was good, within minutes of walking from several bus stops with multiple buses. Extremely convenient when visiting Rabat/ Mdina, Mellieħa and Gozo. Room itself was big and well equipped

I felt this was extremely worth the price I paid and would certainly stay here again if possible

The breakfast was really good, it was plentyful, had a good range of food and the quality was clean and tasty. As a budget hotel it was well worth the money we paid and would recommend to others

Location, location, location. In the heart of Sliema, with seafront view, right next to a bus stop. Also, a good restaurant inside.

I almost forgot to mention the WiFi here is absolutely terrible. It kept dropping and I had to manually reconnect every minute. Sometimes it wouldn’t even connect after re-entering the login info

Also the air conditioning couldn’t go on full blast but it was still able to cool down the room especially with the help of the ceiling fan. Overall, it was a decent experience

At least I had a roof over my head and a place to sleep so this place was alright for me. Thing is though, there are many downsides to this hotel, at least for me

The beds are squeaky and you can hear the pubs all around at night. The window for the bathroom smelled so foul when we opened it that we never opened it again

If you’re looking for a basic hotel for a decent price, this is it. Don’t expect anything close to luxurious. Heck there isn’t even a mini fridge in here

Breakfast was great! But it didn't start until 7 am, and the soundproofing was a bit poor. The hairdryer adapter seemed to have been taken by other tourists, so we had to use our own

We had a great stay at the V. Comfy, Clean, quiet, great value, staff got you whatever you needed with no fuss. Super happy with our stay. Loved the location too.

Hotel Flamingo is incredibly good, all praise for the staff, hygiene and kindness. The breakfast is correct, maybe add a little more fresh fruit and vegetables

It is located near the sea, there are many shops and stores around and near the center. Malta is beautiful and has interesting content that should not be missed and a nice experience to drive on the left side🥳

They constantly made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The location was also fantastic - everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the area

The room was a bit small and the double bed was two mattresses pushed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep on; otherwise, everything was fine.

Free parking in the public lot, literally 50 feet from the front door. I'm not sure if we would stay there again due to the uncomfortable bed and tiny room, but it's definitely a good value and fabulous location

Clean and comfortable Seaview room. Room and hotel in general could use a bit of upgrading; I felt we traveled back to the early 70's, but in very good condition. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful

It's tiny, quite cramped and the bed hard. Very average room but very clean with lots of hot water. The TV is old and only Maltese channels available. The staff are excellent and the breakfast good

The Oceanview room is incredible overlooking Xlendi Bay. Everything is at the doorstep including great hikes and viewpoints. The room itself is older and dated with only 2 plugs for gadgets

This hotel was very comfortable - it had strong wifi and was good value for the money (it even has a rooftop pool and GOOD AC)

My brother’s family (2 adults and a 6-year-old) stayed at the Spinola Hotel from 30 January to 2 February 2026 and had a very pleasant stay

The receptionist staff were excellent, especially Jay Naranja who made sure everything was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel is perfectly located in a central area, making it easy to get around

In general, i didnt like the area though - overcrowded with tiny streets, it was stressful to walk around

Overall, great value for money and highly recommended

We didn't use the pool as we had much to do outside the hotel but other customers seemed to enjoy it as they spend a lot of time there. The staff was really nice and helpful

They took care of a problem we had with the room in no time. They gave us directions anytime we asked. They were really helpful when we did the check-out and had to come back from the airport as the flight was cancelled

They took us back, same room, like if nothing had happened. There are bus stops near the hotel. Within walking distance you can find an area with restaurants, bars, arcades, souvenirs, etc

The hotel and the area were pretty quiet so we didn't have any noise problems neither from the street nor from the other rooms

The hotel and the room didn't look fancy at all. It wasn't dirty or anything but I felt like going back to the late 80's

The hotel is in a suburban area, but not far away there are very cheap businesses to buy food and rent scooters. Within 15 minutes by scooter you can be in St Julian's, Sliema or Valletta

We were here with my fiancee 4 times. Very good kitchen, nice atmosphere, live music and almost every day there was an offer of 3,4 courses like Malta night, all you can eat night and etc. Good prices and service.

Quieter part of Malta compared to the mad part towns in the north. Hotel is across the road from beach but still has a pool. Breakfast and restaurant are a highlight of this affordable hotel

Sensi Hotel is just across the street from the lovely st.Thomas Bay with 35 rooms, pool, bar and Lido! Pool is open for non residents in the summer season and restaurant with hotel and you can enjoy beautiful Sea view.

One of the best things about this place is Linda, who waits on you in the pool area. While you relax and swim she's serves with a smile, nothing too much trouble. Foods brilliant too!She's a real asset to sensi

I really liked the hotel, the pool and my room. It was an excellent stay and the hotel stuff was really friendly and helped me a lot. I was a solo traveller and felt very secure and comfortable in the hotel

Walk out of room to poolside with plenty of comfortable modern lounge furniture to sit on and relax. Outside and dining areas also clean and well kept

For two nights two persons breakfast included less than 100 euros. Taking also in consideration not high season and construction is on. Non of this affected our stay

We went May June and July, we enjoyed it all, the staff were very helpful, the pool has sea water which we prefer, the rooms are big and have a kitchenette, and most of all the Internet is good which some hotels do not have or you have to pay for it

We asked for a double bed but they gave us two single United beds instead which kept moving apart from each other (obviously). Our fridge in the room was broken and kept bringing water out

There is no table to eat on, just a flat surface of wood joined to a large mirror affixed to the wall! The bathroom is spacious and is outstanding, considering that this is a 3 star hotel! The chambermaids seem very friendly and are doing an impeccable job! I am a bit disappointed that I wasn't granted a street view balcony! The only view is the surrounding walls of thr apartments alongside my room...

From the moment we arrived the staff were very accommodating giving us the relevant information we needed for local restaurants, WiFi passwords etc On entering the room we were welcomed to a very clean room, fresh towels and extra blankets in the wardrobe

The children loved the swimming pool and the toddler swimming pool was great for my 3 year old

Kettle, fridge, hair dryer and tv were a nice bonus. It was great that there was a bath in the bathroom along with a shower, especially with little children. We didn’t pay for breakfast but adding this wasn’t an issue

Being a big family with other team mates, getting a mini bus/taxi wasn’t an issue - they were very friendly, accommodating and very reasonably priced. We all enjoyed the evening entertainment in the bar

You get nice apartment room, the beds were clean and the kitchen had plates, knifes, glasses, and other things so you can cook)

So you won't receive a key to this black gate so you have to always bell on the gate so receptionist/security will open it for you (the gate are most likely closed at the night time and the day time were mostly open)

If you want variation then you can always use your offline/ online Malta map and walk to the Triq in-Naxxar street (there are restaurants, little grocery shops and clothing shops, not to mention Lidl is 12min walking)

It might gives off this 70's feeling due to the tiles in the bathroom but there were no problem! The cleaning lady clean your room very often and they were too kind to wash my dishes on my lazy day f after partying in Paceville and went out for sightseeing (of course, I washed it everyday until day before I left since I was soo exhausted from partying) so I really appreciate it and I would like to...

The other reviews from other years are just too much because in my experience it was a lot better! Not to mention, people shouldn't expect too much for what they paid since the price were very cheap (so I am very satisfied with I got)

The appartements outside the Sundown Court's gate are for people with 2 weeks or longer stay are most likely will be in apartement inside the gate but not within the receptionist area (it's more like hotel, I think)

The house, together with the friendly staff, feels like home. The house is very well maintained (extensively cleaned every day, very fast repairs when necessary, e. a power outlet was fixed within a day)

Our Stay with GOZO Escape (Dar ta' Betta) was everything that we expected. The property manager Luisa and Edward made exceptional arrangements to make our stay comfortable

The Villa was tidy and very well arranged. The Swimming pool cleaner came every 3rd day to clean the pool and the cleaning aide came and cleaned the entire house likewise. Perfect getaway! Will definitely visit again

We really, really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was extremely clean and the aesthetics were lovely. The pool was well taken care of and refreshing with a nice deck where to chill by the pool

The pool in this particular property catches the morning sun and is shaded by 4pm which was actually perfect for us in July as we could play in the pool all afternoon without being in the direct sun too much

The hosts live in the neighboring house, they helped us at any time, but we didn't bother each other. The cleaning woman came in the morning, everything was perfect. No question, we will come here next time again

The arrival is flexible, one day later we could only arrive at the planned, but there was no problem. We were in February, no one else was in the apartment

The host Sergio and Anna are very nice. Perfect place to unwind and good location for those who enjoy trekking.
