I was here for one week on the presidential penthouse and the view was probably the best on the area. Was just a chaim the internet never work and the balcony sliding doors after been lock can be open from outside. The staff wasn't helpful wen I need step down weed my logage and they charge for everything thei do.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman that was doing our housekeeping was very polite. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean, had a big bathroom, and an equipped kitchen (bring dish soap and a sponge to do dishes though). There is wifi only in the reception area. Buggiba Bay bus station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was ok. Kitchen and bedroom in order. The sofa bed was broken. bathroom has seen the best of days years ago. No pressure when running the shower or a bath etc. Was told the place will close soon for about 3 months for refurbishment.

A solid hotel situated in a very convenient area for getting around. The breakfast wasn’t the most diverse, but the food was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for a trip to Malta.

I like this hotel, bc the rooms are clean with sea view balconies. The breakfast is delicious and you can choose from a huge Ranger of foods. The accomodation located in a good place. There is a bus and a ferry station nearby. Also they have a gym, pool and sauna which are also good oppurtunities in case of bad weather. Valletta is very close approx. 30 minutes.

Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a direct sea view, and fully equipped. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is fantastic, easily accessible from there to most areas of Mata by bus. Most importantly, the reception and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed regarding the check in procedure, no plug near to the bed , I had to take off the kettle to charge my phone, no smart tv no rag in the floor. But the cleaner was ver good and kind. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good less options.

The location was good, but the room window faced the corridor, and the room could not be ventilated. The room was also dark and furnished with furniture from the 90s, which was nearing the end of its useful life. The TV was also on the small side.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom's exhaust fan was noisy and linked to the light, so I couldn't turn it off independently. Also, I stayed for multiple nights and was disappointed that coffee and towels weren't replenished. While it's a bit far from Valletta, the nearby bus stop made it manageable.

Large comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Pool area on the roof was nice, but the bar there is always closed. Lots of noise, in common with everywhere else in Paceville. I stayed in the park hotel winter 2017 and at the time there was no issues with hygiene. It's quite central in Sliema with some cheap restaurants nearby. I think at the time the hotel was classed as a four star but it was two at best. Did have a indoor pool and jacuzzi in 2017 which were good. Even a small gym inside which was decent to train in. Overall a lot has changed since but our stay was good

Stayed for 3 nights June 2019 Read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, not sure why! Yes the place his a bit dated and probably could do with a touch of paint but my room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool so can't comment on that, but for £50 a night with breakfast included I can't have any complaints! You get what you pay for...

We sat in this hotel for 4 nights over the Easter break. Overall, the room was average with clear signs of wear and tear. The room was okay, with some of the annoying quirks that come with designer hotels that put optics before practicality. We had a wonderful stay at Lands End Boutique Hotel! The place is very cozy and perfectly located — an ideal base for exploring Malta and the nearby islands. Aside from the cramped location and inconvenient parking (even temporary parking is difficult), it's pretty good. There are many restaurants nearby, and the quality of the dry food is also high, but basically the same dishes are served every day, which can get boring.

Stayed in the room with the jacuzzi, the room was absolutely stunning and the hot jacuzzi couldn't feel any better in the winter. Overall the room was quite spacious and fully equipped, certainly has a wow factor, the only let down was the breakfast - it was not really varied, it felt quite cheap, water and milk served in plastic bottles which were stained etc.

In a tight and busy little town this hotel is really an oasis of calm. The rooms are fairly spacious compared to chain hotels and very nicely decorated. The bar and pool area are very nice to unwind. Great historical family run hotel. Was greeted at the door by Timothy, he proceeded to give me the history of the establishment. Gave me some good tips for eating and made me feel welcome! The breakfast is small but has everything you need and it’s delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they knew our names and that was absolutely amazing. Pam and Anne Marie are absolutely amazing ! The room have space, it’s very comfortable, just the AC was impossible to regularize… The surroundings are amazing !! It was a great experience!

The staff were very lovely friendly and helpful. There is stairs you must take to hotel but lift at the hotel. In saying that departing (upstairs) they staff helped me with luggage and to meet bolt. Room was small and funny design but would definitely stay again.
