The view from the room is amazing. You can use the outdoor pool across the street! It's spacious and special. The indoor pool is cold, and there is only one jacuzzi, so you need to be careful. Classic Victorian-style hotel with a rich and varied breakfast, and spacious rooms. The staff were kind and helpful. However, our double bed had two single duvets pushed together; I would have preferred one large duvet. The bathroom also lacked a bidet. The location is a bit out of the way and uphill.

Hotel is fine. Location is central but not easily walkable — fine if you have a car. Rooms are somewhat basic but very spacious. Lovely pool. But WIFI is terrible. Door lock was a pain to open — had to keep playing around with the card a few times. Gym is a small room but useable.

7 steps to reach the hotel lobby but guy at the desk was nice and helped me with my bags. At 74, I cannot carry heavy bags up/down steps. As I was there for only 7 hours to catch a flight home, not the best judge but staff was very nice. Malta is a happening town, even at 3:30am and the hotel is well located.

The staff tried hard to please but the hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The curtains were broken and had been broken for a while allowing the sun in. The airconditioning was noisy and not very efficient. The pool closed at 6.00pm in the middle of summer.
