Lovely cheap hotel right on Balluta bay! I did have an issue with my shower but it was fixed straight away, so great service!
I’m had a single room with balcony and sea view booked.  The location was great - Valetta a bus journey away as was Mdina and Rabat.  Bus service is excellent. The room was adequate for me.  However the noise from the road and downstairs bar was not good.  Glass doors ineffective for noise screening.had to buy earplugs.  Also the cleaning was sporadic and I had to ask everyday for my room to be cleaned...
Brilliant location close to amenities and beautiful views.
The hotel doesn't look like in the photos. All pictures should be updated. Rooms are very, very old stylish, should renovated.  Furniture should be replaced. The hotel is really good located, however if you don't have the most expensive rooms you don't have any view. Food was good however the same every day. It was more like English Breakfast.
The location was excellent and very convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and worth the price. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Even though we checked in late at night, we received a very warm and friendly welcome from the front office staff member, Vishnu. He was polite, helpful, and explained everything clearly. He also shared useful tips about the area, which we really appreciated...
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during a business trip with my colleagues. The overall service was exceptional, and I would like to specifically commend the front office staffs, Vishnuraj and Keerthy. They were highly attentive, addressing all our queries with professionalism and a pleasant, welcoming smile, which significantly enhanced our stay.

The breakfast is good, location is convinient, the front desk has assist me to check in early. The problem is day time might hear the construction noise make u can't have good rest.
Great hotel in a great location. The rooftop pool is also nice. Breakfast is okay.
Xhoi and Georgia was very helpful, kind and serviceoriented. If i come back it Will be because of Their service. Thank you:)
7 steps to reach the hotel lobby but guy at the desk was nice and helped me with my bags. At 74, I cannot carry heavy bags up/down steps. As I was there for only 7 hours to catch a flight home, not the best judge but staff was very nice. Malta is a happening town, even at 3:30am and the hotel is well located.
Cost Effective Stay The breakfast options were good. The accommodations were ok, the bathroom grouting was poor causing minor leakage. The television service was very spotty.
Very nice and wonderful people

Excellent hotel with great facilties in the heart of Silema. Super roof top pool. Excellent breakfast. Helpful & friendly staff. Very nice room but it was a little dark plus air con & fridge didn't appear to function properly.
Great hotel in a good location Staff extremely helpful and provide a fabulous service Great rooftop pool and bar 2nd time staying here and we will be back
Classic Victorian-style hotel with a rich and varied breakfast, and spacious rooms. The staff were kind and helpful. However, our double bed had two single duvets pushed together; I would have preferred one large duvet. The bathroom also lacked a bidet. The location is a bit out of the way and uphill.
We had amazing stay in Ax the Victoria hotel. The room is big enough, hotel is incredibly clean and the location is nice. Everyone was so polite.
Everything was great,:service, location, pepole, food. The room is big, and clean, the stuff is friendly and at your service any time. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
I can only agree with the excellent reviews. Everything here is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and competent. The breakfast, rooms, and service are all top-notch.

Good Hotel, amazing staff, lovely!
Great stay overall! The receptionist who welcomed us was very helpful, and Romicado (hope I got the name right) did an excellent job keeping our room clean. The hotel is spotless, well-located, and close to everything you need. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back!
Great place to stay, fairly convenient location to access most places of interest, has an underground carpark free for guests. Only wishful for the hotel to provide self-service laundry.
The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and luggage storage was available. It's centrally located near the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and very generous. Rivalletta is also very close, a ten-minute taxi ride away. Cleanliness: Excellent
Hotel Valentina offers excellent value for the price, with a great balance between affordability and what you actually get. It’s located right in the heart of the city, which makes it incredibly convenient. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team is equally kind and attentive. A wonderful stay overall — highly recommended!
Great little hotel just off the beaten path in St.Julians. Very spacious rooms, clean and modern. Serves a good breakfast but no lunch or dinner service. Looks of lunch and dinner options nearby. Food scene in St.Julian’s is good. Great location. Will be back.

I stayed at 115 The Strand Hotel for one night during my visit to Sliema, and it turned out to be fantastic value for money. Even with a short stay, it left a really positive impression thanks to its location, views, and included extras. My room had a balcony overlooking the harbour, which was a real highlight. Sitting out and taking in the views across the water — especially in the evening — made...
Wow, cannot fault this hotel at all, perfect location, right near the beach with lots of food places. Slept really well as the mattress was absolutely perfect, so so comfortable and the shower, ooof just perfect to wind down after a long day.
The hotel's location is very convenient, the service is excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. The restaurant is on the 9th floor, offering beautiful views of the harbor and Valletta. The ferry terminal is about a 150-meter walk away, with a 1.50 euro transfer to Valletta and a 3-euro round-trip ferry ride, making it a very convenient option for exploring the city. Review: 115 The Strand Hotel by NEU Collective Stayed: May 16–19 The location of the hotel is excellent — very convenient for getting around, and check-in was smooth. We stayed in Room 609, which was a standard room, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room felt very small and the decor was dull and depressing. The bathroom was extremely tiny — even for two petite women, it was uncomfortable...
Nice hotel with nice room and fair breakfast with a gorgeous view.
Nice hotel, good staff, bed, pillow, location, clean and modern etc. We had two rooms with horrible view as they both were facing away from the ocean (the cheap rooms) There was no view. It was a wall 2m from our window. It is after all a window, and it provides daylight. Just don't look out. Very clean place . Highly recommend
Our second stay at Urban Valley. We were allocated a very large suite and noticed a few missing touches as far as toiletries. Staff were very pleasant throughout.
This hotel was super clean, I originally booked a corner suite room for me and my mum , my husband joined our trip last minute and the receptionist accommodated a family suite which had 2 rooms with double beds, living area and kitchen on the day for extra cost but I was grateful they had offered a bigger room. an impressive experience! Thanks so much to Rose and Maggie for their kindness and help on everything, the room is very clean, people are very friendly and nice. Sunshine, dry grass smell, river bridge and pomegranate won’t be forgotten forever. A small suggestion is to add more kinds of food for breakfast Amazing! The whole family love it so much!
Hotel is fine. Location is central but not easily walkable — fine if you have a car. Rooms are somewhat basic but very spacious. Lovely pool. But WIFI is terrible. Door lock was a pain to open — had to keep playing around with the card a few times. Gym is a small room but useable.

A solid hotel situated in a very convenient area for getting around. The breakfast wasn’t the most diverse, but the food was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for a trip to Malta.
I like this hotel, bc the rooms are clean with sea view balconies. The breakfast is delicious and you can choose from a huge Ranger of foods. The accomodation located in a good place. There is a bus and a ferry station nearby. Also they have a gym, pool and sauna which are also good oppurtunities in case of bad weather. Valletta is very close approx. 30 minutes.
Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a direct sea view, and fully equipped. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is fantastic, easily accessible from there to most areas of Mata by bus. Most importantly, the reception and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Very disappointed regarding the check in procedure, no plug near to the bed , I had to take off the kettle to charge my phone, no smart tv no rag in the floor. But the cleaner was ver good and kind. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good less options.
The hotel is of a high level. Clean rooms, nice staff. Receptionist Adarsh was really friendly and kind. We got a welcome drink in the lobby. Pool on the rooftop has a stunning view. Breakfast is very rich and different every day. We were really satisfied.

The location is fantastic. You can see the Mediterranean Sea and tourists whenever you go out. The area around the restaurant and bar is bustling. Turn right and there's a flower shop a few dozen meters away. The hotel has a swimming pool on the eighth floor and a bar with a view of the city.
Great balcony view of the harbour that you can see the fireworks and old town. Super close to the ferry. Party music a bit loud next door but ok. Value of money for the stay in Malta, highly recommended.

Good location in central area of valetta.. not far from bus station from airport
The room is spacious, well-structured, and decorated in a fresh and elegant style. The most important thing is that the rooftop view is first-class, facing the cathedral. This hotel is located in the Paceville area, so it attracts a lot of young people looking to party. This means they can be a bit noisy at times. The hotel has a rooftop pool. Our flight was very early, and we asked if they could prepare a breakfast to go for us, which they did. They were very kind and accommodating.
Great location and breakfast... unfortunately, there were four of us, and one bed was missing a pillow, sheets, and towels. Otherwise, it's a good hotel with a fantastic location... too bad the weather was bad and we couldn't use the rooftop pool! The staff were kind and helpful.
Location is easily accessible. I booked economy room and there is a window but could not open with no view. The design of the room is dark plus no window = depressed. I mean this is a matter if preference.
Wonderful location and easy to get to from the airport and other attractions. Breakfast was very nice. It was very noisy most of the time due to very light walls and poor noise protection.
I liked the hotel's perfect location.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel has 7 floors and features a rooftop pool (unheated), which is a nice touch for warmer days. Amazing location and friendly staff. The room is small but comfortable. It’s an old hotel that feels run down. The rooms feel dated and tired and the place has seen better days but it’s comfortable for a short stay. The main issue is the thin walls. You can hear everything from next door and the halls so definitely don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper.
Good for solo travelers, breakfast is good
The condition of the rooms arent the best as in it doesnt look the cleanest but perhaps it is because the hotel is quite old/outdated, but it definitely does the job when you need a place to rest. The location is really great and the staff are super nice and helpful!

A nice little hotel. Ultra clean, friendly staff, and relatively quieter than youd expect from the location. You will just need to bring shower gel, hand soap and whatever else as they dont provide them; and the garden would be quite nice if it was nicely cared for. If we were to come back to Paceville (probably wont) we would be happy to stay there again.
Based on the reviews, I didn't expect much, but the location is excellent, and the rooms and cleanliness are great too.
Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain. This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the strip. Doors are locked at night for safety.
Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready even by 2pm but by 2.30pm we was assigned another room that was bigger due to the wait. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean a few things...
