The hotel might have been undergoing renovations when I booked, but the room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and spacious. The balcony got plenty of sun in the afternoon, and the lobby lounge area was quiet. The pool was clean and the facilities were good. I'd definitely stay here again.
Very good hotel, well located, great breakfast, hot shower, good shower, has a swimming pool and a gym, everything very clean and pleasant, great value for money.
Perfect location for walking to the city center. For public beaches, you need to take a bus (R1/R2) or an Uber.
The staff were very kind. Buffet breakfast.
The room was spacious.
The only drawback was the high humidity, which unfortunately made us feel cold during the night.
Cleanliness was so-so.
The hotel was quite good and very close to the market and the entrance to the hotel zone. Excellent service.
staff very accommodating, room was spacious, convenient to walk to the downtown, breatfast is very good.
in general, a solid establishment with comfortable bed and nice pool. Only there is no comb or shaver at the room nor does front desk has any. And the breakfast starts at 7am while most tours start before that, so didn’t get breakfast

The bathroom window wouldn't close, making it noisy throughout the night. The showerhead was faulty, and the hot water pressure was poor. The furniture probably needs some repairs as well.
It was okay, nothing special but it got the job done.
The room felt dated, and the water boiler was quite noisy, especially at night. The doors also have poor sound insulation, so footsteps and conversations from the corridor are clearly audible.
Big and clean pool; decent food; good location
Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again
Nice ,clean hotel , located 15 min from Langusta Beach, my room was good, air conditioner works, good Wi Fi, good bedding
Excellent deep swimming pool, with plenty of beach beds
Good simple buffet breakfast
Stuff is supportive
I would recommend this hotel

Hotel is outdated smells terrible. Food was on not the greatest kind of bland. There is only one elevator which you had to wait forever. The shower was cold I told the front desk couple of times still cold. I should have listened to the negative reviews they are on point. Almost all the staff didn’t speak English which All that together was frustrating especially on vacation. The only thing that was...
This hotel is a 3-star for me. So, it's very expensive for what it is. The building needs a refresh. The rooms don't have toiletries, and the pool is tiny. The beach isn't like the pictures on the website. The air conditioning broke down. In short, I'm disappointed. Because Trip.com advertises it as a 4 or 5-star, I was hoping for at least a minimum level of comfort, especially for the price I paid...
The hotel has good infrastructure and is conveniently located. However, it's advisable to improve the signage, given that it's two connected buildings with somewhat unusual architecture. I found the service to be very good; the food provided is generous and available practically all day; the rooms are clean, as are the facilities in general. It's recommended that the bathrooms be modernized to make...
The only bad thing was that we spilled a drink in the room and there was no one to help us clean it up. We even had to go down to reception to get rags to clean it up.
Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.
Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

I was put up in the hotel bc of a cancelled flight. It's close to CUN airport if that's what you need.
The service was good, food was decent. My only issue w the rooms were how thin the walls are. I could hear everything from the room next to me. And that poor person's headboard was up to mine and probably didn't sleep as I was coughing all night! I heard their alarm in the morning very easily.
The...
The hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport and Walking distance to the outlet mall. Service is ok. Receptionist don't speak English well. Breakfast is fine we enjoyed the bread and fresh fruits.
Bed is comfortable, we had the king size. Sound insulation not so good, you can hear people talking outside and room upstairs, people foots steps can be heard too. There's coffee maker but no coffee...
So I will start with the room and location were good, the main reason for a 3 is, the shuttle service was some of the worse we have dealt with, from pick up and drop offs, waiting and communication was well below any of expectations or what we have had anywhere before. The staff upon check in were very passive aggressive and the morning check out guy was just plain rude. The restaurant staff were good...
Great stay if you need to be at the airport the next morning! The hotel room was nice, very clean, and had room service. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 or 45 minutes, even in the middle of the night. Make sure you reserve it for early rather than late because sometimes it is delayed.
Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.

CLEAN ROOM
GOOD STAFF
GOOD SECURITY
ALL OK EXCEPT , NO RESTUARENT, OR CAFETERIA
I’ve booked through Orbitz for years. When it says taxes and fees included, I’ve never have been charged additional amounts by the hotel. This hotel charges a environmental sanitation fee.
Staff and hotel overall is great. Truly convenient location. I recommend to those staying in Cancun as it’s a money saver.
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk (less than 1 km) to central ADO bus terminal. Good value for the price.
Is on the center of cancun city and very close to the hotel zone. Some rooms are smaller than others with a humede smell and the personal sometimes is very lazy and heedless. The internet doesn't reach most rooms and you always need to stay at lobby for get connection. I don't recommend the breakfast. This place is good for rest and the closeness to ADO and hotel zone. For more reasons is bad.
Great place to stay. Close to everything. You can catch the bus to go everywhere!

We arrived at night, and in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, vibrant colors and the stunning view from the balcony. It was truly a lovely experience.
I've stayed in many hotels in Cancun, and this one was very cheap. The downsides are that a 2000 peso deposit is required at check-in, and upon check-out, the front desk has to check the room! They only refund the money after everything is in order.
The room I booked was on a two-story building, and there was a very steep and narrow staircase right at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The...
No water is offered in the room & they do not advise you (no matter what time you are checking in).
The rooms are apartment-style, mostly with ocean views. The design is a bit retro, and you can hear the sound of the waves. Even after check-out, you still need to check in! The security guard is quite strict!!!
The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. Good little hotel for short stays. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Diego in restaurant was friendly attentive and a great cook. Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone
Quiet Hotel. Value for money. Near ADO Cancun bus station.
Scam regarding the tourist tax (6x more than what the Trip app indicated). So you think you have a "cheap" hotel (€28) and suddenly it becomes €33.
The environment is okay, the distance to the airport is also okay, very convenient
It was ok for the promotion of my book “Yo solo” Author: Dr. Filipini. You can check it in Amazon.com
Update : the hotel refunded my dad in the morning for the second time they charged me.
I booked this off Priceline for my dad and paid in advance. When he got there they said they couldn't find the reservation. He showed them the receipt and confirmation number. That wasn't enough for them. They had me forward the confirmation email to them and then said they did not to receive it. Eventually...

The location is great, just a ten-minute walk from the bus stop, and there's a large supermarket on the way! Highly recommended if you're catching a bus in the morning.
Good value, easy transport
Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.
A good hotel that I return to when I need to stay in central
cancun. Always clean, good value and good service in both the hotel and the restaurant
Very clean the room and very polite the staff.
good location and safe place.
Hotel worked well for our time in Cancun. Had everything we needed, was clean and staff friendly. Pool was a bit dreary!

Great hotel , good price good service
The Wi-Fi is a big problem; there was no cell phone signal in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, as they say. The truth is, it's a very functional hotel for arriving and sleeping in the hotel zone. Its location is good, very close to the Intercontinental Hotel bus stop.
The hotel is located in a beautiful place and the territory is beautiful. But the hotel itself is very old and requires complete reconstruction. At the same time, the service in the hotel is good. But the conditions for living are more for survival.
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a lake behind it, it is nice to sit next to it.
The hotel front desk is very friendly
Because it was located in the hotel zone, it had good access to the beach and was an area where pick-up and drop-off services were available for tours.
The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more.

Wonderful staff in a dated themed hotel, but excellent for money for those on a tightbudget, you get what you pay for.
The room was very clean and there was a pool, so I was very satisfied. The Wi-Fi was fast and there were no problems. There were times when the shower did not have hot water.
The hotel has what you need and is close to restaurants and pubs. It is a cozy area to walk around and look around. There are two restaurants connected to the hotel. A cozy pool where you can order drinks. The only minus I can think of is that the wifi did not reach the pool.
Good welcoming , nice service but the water is not too hot
The staff is impatient and has no desire to satisfy and please the customer. They resolve everything by simply letting us know we can make a "complaint." The pool is under construction, which isn't communicated before booking. There was only one outlet for the TV and another in the bathroom, and none near the beds.
The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.
It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I like to stay at this hotel, they used to have restaurant in the reception area but now only breakfast. There is shop near the hotel they have food service as well but the food is kind of expensive. The rest it is secure and peaceful polite workers.
If you dont like to walk or don't have transportation, it will be hard to move around. Luckily we had Uber available. Much better than local taxi's. Property needs lots of upgrades. Staff not so friendly, at least not with us, kitchen for breakfast is limited as well. If you're in a rush, yoi cant eat there.
I recommend a restaurant and bar as close as possible where you can sit and have a laugh.
The Receptionist team ! Is amazing always ready to help ! Always with a Smile . Make my stance always Fantastic and Fun also the housekeeping are super great at their Job for all that Thank you !!! See you Next !!
Kindly, Regina x
The room is very big and the surrounding environment is a bit backward. It is quite far from the scenic spot and you have to take a bus. Overall it is okay.
the property looked very old nothing updated rooms did not look like pic only two towels for bath given nothing else as for new ones when they cleaned they left same towel we had just asked for and used instead of replacing pool super small paid for a night i didnt stay due to flight cancellation

Wonderful service.
Pretty building.
In front of the hotel, there is a nice Mexican restaurant which open until midnight.
The place was good & clean there was parking free too , great staff , neighborhood so/so great mexican restaurant across the street
In the middle of the hotel there is a tree!
There is a parking space, the workers are so nice! I loved the hotel so I extended my stay 7 days more. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking care of the beautiful tree.
Good place to stay, amenities were good buy reception was a little unfriendly( not rude but it doesn’t matter it’s a good place). Other than that the complex is beautiful and really great place.
The hotel was good. But the room we got was located in the front and noise was very bad. Get a rear room.
A really quiet hotel with good people who are reliable in what they say.

Really good location if you want to get away from the hotel zone. Near local food spots
Just about 7 mins walk from ado bus station, very convenient location. Room is small and basic, but clean. Staff is very friendly. Good for a night or two.
Excellent although they assigned a room at the entrance and you could hear everything outside
humid room, poor noise isolation with hotel next to night club, would avoid
The are some cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was not good for two people, maybe good for one. However, the best was the price and location. There are not parking lot inside the hotel, you have to park at the street.
I arrived at the hotel very late, around 2am, and the girl at the reception checked me in without any problems. The hotel is in the city center and there was some music playing. It was very dark in the room. I couldn't see anything. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can stay for one or two nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a long period.

Club Regina is an older hotel, but very well maintained. My husband and I stayed 4 days and had a terrific time. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant is very good. The pool water was too cold, but the hot tub warmed up enough to enjoy by day 3, but it was...
The unit is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Everything from the hot tub to the AC is fully operational; the kitchen equipment is a bit dated but works perfectly well, and the shower pressure is a highlight.
Spacious room; good food with different choices; courteous staffs
Our 2 room suite was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. We loved the balcony view of sunrise over the Caribbean Sea, from either the spa tub or chairs. Good location so you could walk to just about anything you would need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The photos of the room were a little deceiving, there are no windows, and we learned you have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before any hot water comes out.
Large clean room. Great area and price.
in center of everything prize is good transportation is good
Ok.
Good for what you pay for. Looks like a mall turned into a hotel. Free parking. Okay place if you want something cheep in the hotel zone. Room was nice, weird pictures on the walls though.
The hotel is very close to the Hotel Zone and the price is very affordable, very comfortable and quite. Within walking distance to the beaches and the Super Market.
Very "efficient" (what you get for the money you pay).
Good location, clean, quiet (stayed here at the end of the busy season).
Nothing to complain.

Great Location, nice view, food overall was good. This resort needs better exterior upkeep but i think they are running as long as possible and trying to get what they can out of it without dumping too much money into aesthetics. Years ago this resort was probably very very beautiful. Dont get me wrong id stay here again for 4 days for the $80 rate i paid bit no more than $100 a day
Staff very friendly. Resort is older but very nice grounds. Our room was renovated...very nice Beach.
The hotel left a wonderful impression! Cozy rooms, cleanliness, and a convenient location—everything was top-notch. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff deserves special praise: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And to top it off, the weather was perfect, making the whole stay truly ideal!
This was my family's first trip to Mexico and we didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and though we were too early for check in they got one of our rooms ready for us immediately and gave us our wrist bands to enjoy the bar while we waited for the other. This is an older but nice property with a nice beach. The room is a little outdated, but serves its purpose. The staff was friendly. The food is very authentic and offers something for everyone. You will need to drink fast or drink more to get the most out of the alcohol but the bartenders are nice. I would definitely stay again for the property, price and beach.
The area by the water was beautiful, definitely a smaller resort which was nice! Rooms were ok definitely needing renovations especially the washrooms.
