The only bad thing was that we spilled a drink in the room and there was no one to help us clean it up. We even had to go down to reception to get rags to clean it up.

Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.

Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

The hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport and Walking distance to the outlet mall. Service is ok. Receptionist don't speak English well. Great stay if you need to be at the airport the next morning! The hotel room was nice, very clean, and had room service. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 or 45 minutes, even in the middle of the night. Make sure you reserve it for early rather than late because sometimes it is delayed.

Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.

There was a bit of a language barrier. However, the facilities were amazing and the location was right next to a big mall with a supermarket, food court, cinema, and a few stores. The breakfast was buffet style with custom omelettes, and the pool was great too.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a large shopping mall within walking distance. There's also a night market nearby, perfect for experiencing local night market culture. It's also easy to get a taxi to the hotel area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa hotel, it was clean, well kept, and safe. The ocean view was pretty but the beach was more of a harbour beach as other reviews have said, not really for swimming. Pool was very nice but lots of seagulls. The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops. This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. The property is very close to the Ado bus station. It’s a great central location right next to R1. However it is a very dated property and the WiFi cuts on and off all day. Also the pool closed at 8:30pm two of the five nights that I stayed, so which is way to early for Cancun.

The rooms are apartment-style, mostly with ocean views. The design is a bit retro, and you can hear the sound of the waves. Even after check-out, you still need to check in! The security guard is quite strict!!!

Great hotel , good price good service

The Wi-Fi is a big problem; there was no cell phone signal in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, as they say. The truth is, it's a very functional hotel for arriving and sleeping in the hotel zone. Its location is good, very close to the Intercontinental Hotel bus stop.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place and the territory is beautiful. But the hotel itself is very old and requires complete reconstruction. At the same time, the service in the hotel is good. But the conditions for living are more for survival.

Because it was located in the hotel zone, it had good access to the beach and was an area where pick-up and drop-off services were available for tours.

The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more.

Wonderful staff in a dated themed hotel, but excellent for money for those on a tightbudget, you get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and there was a pool, so I was very satisfied. The Wi-Fi was fast and there were no problems. There were times when the shower did not have hot water.

The hotel has what you need and is close to restaurants and pubs. It is a cozy area to walk around and look around. There are two restaurants connected to the hotel. A cozy pool where you can order drinks. The only minus I can think of is that the wifi did not reach the pool.

The staff is impatient and has no desire to satisfy and please the customer. They resolve everything by simply letting us know we can make a "complaint." The pool is under construction, which isn't communicated before booking. There was only one outlet for the TV and another in the bathroom, and none near the beds.

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.  It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I like to stay at this hotel, they used to have restaurant in the reception area but now only breakfast. There is shop near the hotel they have food service as well but the food is kind of expensive. The rest it is secure and peaceful polite workers.

If you dont like to walk or don't have transportation, it will be hard to move around. Luckily we had Uber available. Much better than local taxi's. Property needs lots of upgrades. Staff not so friendly, at least not with us, kitchen for breakfast is limited as well. If you're in a rush, yoi cant eat there.

I recommend a restaurant and bar as close as possible where you can sit and have a laugh.

The room is very big and the surrounding environment is a bit backward. It is quite far from the scenic spot and you have to take a bus. Overall it is okay.

the property looked very old nothing updated rooms did not look like pic only two towels for bath given nothing else as for new ones when they cleaned they left same towel we had just asked for and used instead of replacing pool super small paid for a night i didnt stay due to flight cancellation

In the middle of the hotel there is a tree! There is a parking space, the workers are so nice! I loved the hotel so I extended my stay 7 days more. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking care of the beautiful tree.

The are some cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was not good for two people, maybe good for one. However, the best was the price and location. There are not parking lot inside the hotel, you have to park at the street.

I arrived at the hotel very late, around 2am, and the girl at the reception checked me in without any problems. The hotel is in the city center and there was some music playing. It was very dark in the room. I couldn't see anything. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can stay for one or two nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a long period.

The unit is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Everything from the hot tub to the AC is fully operational; the kitchen equipment is a bit dated but works perfectly well, and the shower pressure is a highlight.

Great location, walking distance to Marcado 23 & Soriana, Ultramar ferry is 3.2 km away. Friendly staff and very chill vibes, regardless of the language barrier, they were trying their best to help us. Parking on property is provided, very convenient and safe. A decent hotel that worth the price. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a bit small, and they don't have body wash and shampoo provided in. I have to say worth the price, if I rent a car I would visit again. Oh by the way, the wifi was too slow, and somehow disconnected.

Good location so you could walk to just about anything you would need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The photos of the room were a little deceiving, there are no windows, and we learned you have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before any hot water comes out.

This resort needs better exterior upkeep but i think they are running as long as possible and trying to get what they can out of it without dumping too much money into aesthetics. This is an older but nice property with a nice beach. The room is a little outdated, but serves its purpose. The staff was friendly. The food is very authentic and offers something for everyone. You will need to drink fast or drink more to get the most out of the alcohol but the bartenders are nice. I would definitely stay again for the property, price and beach.

The area by the water was beautiful, definitely a smaller resort which was nice! Rooms were ok definitely needing renovations especially the washrooms. The location is very good, right next to the ADO terminal, and it's only 200 meters away by R1. The hotel facilities are old and there is no elevator. There are OXXO supermarkets and Subway around the hotel, which are convenient for eating and shopping.

There are many small cockroaches in the room. The room smelled of cigarettes, the equipment was old, and the only toiletries were soap. The only good thing is the location, which is right next to the ADO bus terminal.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions due to the location close to the ado and easy way to get to the hotel zone or the shopping area (close to market 28, market 23, ado, bus stop hotel zone).
