The bathroom stinks horrible, staff okay, not very friendly to be honest. The area for this hotel is horrible!!!!!!!!

My experience with this hotel was truly terrible. I made the reservation for some friends who were going on vacation to Cancun. On the day of arrival in Mexico, I needed to call the hotel to confirm the reservation with immigration, but the hotel never answered my call. I spent about an hour trying to call, but no one bothered to pick up the phone.

As a result, the family was denied entry to Mexico.
After sharing what happened with the hotel, they may never have approved my refund.

I really don't recommend anyone thinking of staying here because the same thing could happen to them.

We had no lights and water for almost 2 days!. i took a video. We had to shower with a bucket. the staff is really nice dont get me wrong!. but it was a real problem.

Good little hotel for short stays. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Diego in restaurant was friendly attentive and a great cook. Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone

Towels had holes, very unsafe area. The phones in the room just for show and not connected.

Restaurant on site is nice and well priced. Windows left opened by bathroom and not safe. No money safe in rooms and TV didn't work

The hotel is on a remote road, there is no shower gel or shampoo, and the sheets have stains and holes burned by cigarettes. The order stated that the city tax was included, but the hotel still charged 76 yuan/day

Scam regarding the tourist tax (6x more than what the Trip app indicated). So you think you have a "cheap" hotel (€28) and suddenly it becomes €33.
