The Hotel is located near Restaurant close to bakery . There is office for tours in Cancun very nice. The personal are friendly . The hotel just gives you towels and hygiene but no cups or coffee in the room. Everything else is good .

I had stayed here before, and the stay was better before. The hotel isn't bad for one or two, but there's better options around the area.

The place need maintenance and the last thing I liked was the bathroom and the noisy AC in the room.

Good place just to sleep, the elevator was being repaired when I was there so was kind of frustrating to go upstairs every time and I was in the 4th floor. Is a centric place so you can reach many places easily. I didn't use the pool but it seemed nice, small parking lot btw

Very good location, close to the bus station and the road to the beach. A little in the back, so it is quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from the cafe or noise from the cars. You can have breakfast from the menu. A good place to stay for 2-3 days

We only stayed for one night before our flight home. It was easy to find, parking onsite was secure, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant surprise! The place is clean and quiet. What I like the most is that how walkable it is to the markets, a supermarket, the bus terminal, and it feels safe. The only improvement opportunity is the room smelt a bit moldy. Overall I was happy with it.

Great location, walking distance to Marcado 23 & Soriana, Ultramar ferry is 3.2 km away. Friendly staff and very chill vibes, regardless of the language barrier, they were trying their best to help us. Parking on property is provided, very convenient and safe. A decent hotel that worth the price. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a bit small, and they don't have body wash and shampoo provided in. I have to say worth the price, if I rent a car I would visit again. Oh by the way, the wifi was too slow, and somehow disconnected.

The room was very dark, with only a bedside lamp that had a faulty connection. The door lock was also broken. Furthermore, it was my first time using the swimming pool and I had to pay extra, which I didn't recommend. Additionally, the entrance was on stairs, and no staff offered to help with luggage.

Jackpot case! They said it was being remodeled and they moved it to a nice place in the hotel zone! I ate well and gained a lot of weight thanks to the all-inclusive plan.

The location is very good, right next to the ADO terminal, and it's only 200 meters away by R1. The hotel facilities are old and there is no elevator. There are OXXO supermarkets and Subway around the hotel, which are convenient for eating and shopping.

There are many small cockroaches in the room. The room smelled of cigarettes, the equipment was old, and the only toiletries were soap. The only good thing is the location, which is right next to the ADO bus terminal.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions due to the location close to the ado and easy way to get to the hotel zone or the shopping area (close to market 28, market 23, ado, bus stop hotel zone).

There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights. Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride. I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here.

Not a resort but still 5 star for the service we received from front desk, security, and the cleaning staff. Good Boutique hotel in center of North Hotel Zone, across from the Mega hotels, with great service by the staff. Loved it so much , I kept renewing & stayed a month. The staff is so great , helpful & professional. A special shout out to Cuauhtumec for all his help in making my stay so enjoyable.

Owner was very helpful, kind, accommodating during our short stay. The owner went out of his way to get us transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in was a very basic one bedroom but was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the water and Isla Mujares. Additionally, the location is a short walk from a beach restaurant.

The place's vibe is amazing with a great ocean view, with bikes & kayak to go around, also Ernesto was very kind with us at every moment. Been coming to this hotel for over 7 years, great location and clean facility. My room had mold in bathrooms that lots mosquitoes in room. But everything else was good and clean. I’d return again next year and ask for different room if it’s not adequate enough.

We stayed here overnight after a doctors appointment and while we were happy with the location, security and cleanliness of the hotel we did not enjoy the mattress. Neither of us really slept. The pillows are small square pillows, a very thin top blanket is all you have against the AC and just no support in the mattress. While we did not need it, the kitchenette has no utensils or pots and pans. However...

This place was great for staying near the airport. The rooms were clean and you can see that they update the hotel as needed. They were even painting the lobby on the day that I entered, so things looked fresh. I only stayed one night, but I would absolutely stay here again for longer if I needed to be in this area. My son said the gym was simple, but he was able to complete a workout there.

Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't speak English, but he managed with the help of a translator. The room was adequate, but three out of four days I had no hot water. The hotel is right next to the road, and there's very little soundproofing; I could hear the cars and buses quite a bit.

Most of hotel staffs seldom speak English, so occasionally it was a bit tough to communicate with them, basically they were nice though :) Shower was not hot enough late at night.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.
