Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel in Cancun

We arrived at night, and in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, vibrant colors and the stunning view from the balcony. It was truly a lovely experience.

I've stayed in many hotels in Cancun, and this one was very cheap. The downsides are that a 2000 peso deposit is required at check-in, and upon check-out, the front desk has to check the room! They only refund the money after everything is in order.

The room I booked was on a two-story building, and there was a very steep and narrow staircase right at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The hygiene was poor; there were dead insects on the sheets.

The rooms are apartment-style, mostly with ocean views. The design is a bit retro, and you can hear the sound of the waves. Even after check-out, you still need to check in! The security guard is quite strict!!!

The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. The most worth living here is the high cost performance. The nearby hotels are several thousand. The key is whether you can accept the following shortcomings. The room facilities are very old. There is a locked wooden door connected to the next room, which is not soundproof at all. There are also balconies that are interconnected. The most annoying thing is the door lock of the room. Almost every time I go out and come back, the access card will fail, and then I have to swipe it again at the front desk. If you have just finished swimming, it takes a bit of courage to enter the air-conditioned room at the front desk in a wet swimsuit! I stayed for four or five days. Although there were cleaners to clean every day, they never changed the bath towels and sheets. Even if they were wet on the sink, they would be folded and put back on the towel rack without changing them! I saw the cleaning cart that the cleaners used every day. There were only detergents, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. on it. I only saw a small cart with a few change of cloths once. I guess they would only change them when it was really bad. The towels and bath towels were washed gray and frayed, and they were very old. I checked the sheets on the first day of check-in. There was no hair, but there was a black spot that was washed out. In addition, Ctrip booked a master suite for one day, but they did not change the small room with a balcony that was not soundproof. In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room. I caught a cold from the extremely cold air conditioner at the front desk. Finally, the elevator was broken on the day of check-out, so I had to carry my suitcase down six floors by myself...

We could see the Caribbean sea from our room and it was amazing. The beach is just a step from the hotel and you can enjoy the swimming pool with sea view as well!

My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and cordial efforts made the experience feel more than perfect, and their prompt and efficient customer support was commendable.

The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location.

The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings.

Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!

I loved!! The staff are very friendly, the sea view is fantastic, access to the beach is a big plus, the pool is very clean and beautiful and the rooms are comfortable.
