Consists of one 3-storey building.

Wonderful staff in a dated themed hotel, but excellent for money for those on a tightbudget, you get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and there was a pool, so I was very satisfied. The Wi-Fi was fast and there were no problems. There were times when the shower did not have hot water.

The hotel has what you need and is close to restaurants and pubs. It is a cozy area to walk around and look around. There are two restaurants connected to the hotel. A cozy pool where you can order drinks. The only minus I can think of is that the wifi did not reach the pool.

The staff is impatient and has no desire to satisfy and please the customer. They resolve everything by simply letting us know we can make a "complaint." The pool is under construction, which isn't communicated before booking. There was only one outlet for the TV and another in the bathroom, and none near the beds.

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.
It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I like the location, services n the traditional feel of the place. But ita lacks lots of amenities ( no water kettle, old tv, dusty ac, dirty pool, no hairdryer, loud bar at night.. but for 1 or 2 night n if u wanna go budget it was ok

Very easy check in. Hotel is beautiful a real authentic Mexican feel. Staff were very helpful. Food was tasty and server very attentive.
Felt save there. I would visit again.

The room is very Mexican and has complete facilities.
The hotel is very close to the ADO bus, and it only takes about seven minutes to walk there. It is very convenient to go to Tulum or Chichen Itza.
In addition, there is a 711 convenience store nearby. If you have a craving for Chinese food, you can go to eat rice balls🍙 to satisfy your cravings.

Love the pizza here. The service is always great

Good lively sports bar. It's in the middle of Cancun downtown, so the area doesn't seem the safest at night. Didn't see any other tourists in there, but the staff speaks decent English. Watched pay per view boxing fight without a cover.

Good restaurant with very attentive staff who speak a little English. I had the shrimp meal, small with shells on, I'm on holiday I don't want to have to work to eat my food. Tapas like all the restaurants are great tasting bowl of corn chips with salsas.
