Hotel Riu Palace Peninsula - All Inclusive in Cancun

The beach was beautiful, the foods were good, the service was excellent. However, you need to wait for elevators. They need more elevators.

This place is fabulous, the food is exquisite and the people are very nice. I love it and I will gladly return.

The hotel service was friendly and attentive, with staff eager to help guests. For dinner, I recommend Krystal and Steak House; the steak and lobster were quite good. The all-inclusive beverage selection includes white wine, red wine, rosé, and sparkling wine, allowing guests to try various flavors. The hotel beach is nice, offering views of the Caribbean Sea's icy layer, although there's a bit too much seaweed along the shore. However, there are various beach chairs and hammocks, making it a great place to relax.

The hotel rooms weren't new, and the sheets and towels had some stains. The air conditioning couldn't be manually adjusted, making it quite hot at night. However, since it's an all-inclusive hotel, guests generally don't stay in the room much, so this wasn't a major issue.

The rooms are spacious with large balconies where you can watch the tides rise and fall. The hotel offers a variety of entertainment options, and each restaurant has its own unique character. I would definitely choose RIU again for my next vacation.
