Xperience Tulum Hotel in Tulum

The was beautiful to be in. I would prefer staying here than back in the center of Tulum. It’s a nice neighborhood with a few restaurants nearby and short walk to even more restaurants and bars. This is truly a gorgeous hotel.

Nice place with nice people. Good services. The room is huge with all what we need inside. The swimming pool is amazing. We rent a scooter in the hotel (they always have some disponibility). The restaurant is very nice with good quality food. Xperience is the place to be. Hope I can come again.

From the moment you arrive, this feels like walking into a true tropical paradise and unlike any other hotel in the city. It is immaculate and massive with perfectly placed landscaping and a well kept pool with waterfall. The location is off the main path of the city so you can have a break from the loud endless party of the clubs of downtown, which is both a plus and minus for the time being. I'm sure the city will soon grow to encompass this in the heart of its' fast growing web. However, the people are what truly makes this place great. Their concierge was always available and very responsive and accommodating to any requests that we had during our stay. Btw, the rooms are wonderful. Not necessarily overly luxurious, but cozy with full sliding glass doors to open the entire front of the room and allow you to take in the atmosphere. This is a great experience to come back to after a morning swim. Another plus of the property is their pest control. We did not have one mosquito bite during our entire stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel! Amazing pool area, staff is helpful and very pleasant. Our room design was totally perfect, we really liked this place! If we get back in Tulum - no questions where to stay! Thankful to the staff for all of that! :) Greetings from Europe!

After looking for a new place to stay (the old flat was like a bunker), we found Xperience. We asked if there were any rooms left. Dilan at the reception was very helpful, even though we were very tense. There was still a room on the top floor. With a child, we would have preferred a room with a separate bedroom, but we were happy to be able to move. The well-maintained grounds and the daily room service are worthy of mention. Our room was always cleaned immediately after we left the hotel. Overall, the hotel is well maintained and somewhat corresponds to 4 stars. However, we still see room for improvement: When it came to the bed, we often slept on the molleton. We then noticed that the over-sheets were much too short. That wouldn't be so bad, but we noticed on our Mexico round trip that there are also better quality covers. Sure, it's petty, but after a week on the rough. Many thanks again to Dilan for her great efforts. It saved our stay in Tulum. However, we recommend families to get a bigger room than we had. Unfortunately, there was not much choice in our time.

The facilities were comfy and clean I ended up here because of the recommendation of an excellent photographer that actually lives here! The location is super calm and has great lighting, the restaurant downstairs is great for breakfast and they have all type of transportation available for you to move anywhere you please. Good wifi green all round massive pool they just hit mall the points and there is now construction noise! Octavio and Chava are great guys that will help you in ANYTHING you need! Octavio had the absolute best recommendations and knowledge of the area don’t miss a chance to get his knowledge for the secret spots and underground fun!

feels like you’re in a lush jungle as soon as you step off the street. the rooms are gorgeous, there is a little cat that roams around the hotel. there’s a good pizza place to get dinner at and then a healthy restaurant to get breakfast and lunch at. Enrique, Liz, Daivys, and Salvador are basically my favorite people now. I know it’s a customer service role but I talked to all of them for long periods of time and they’re just so easy to talk to and so kind. I always hate leaving vacation because you leave such great connections and this was one of those times! they genuinely made me birthday one of my best birthdays I’ve ever had. thank you guys so much. Some of the reviews I’ve seen on other sites are so petty. If you’re old enough to book a hotel, you’re old enough to read a map and realize it isn’t in the city center. Don’t blame the hotel for lack of accountability on researching where you stay.
