I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is SO kind and welcoming and the room is beautiful. We got a discount on a massage for our honeymoon and a free welcome drink which was really nice. It is very close to good restaurants at reasonable prices and a short drive to the beach. I have no complaints about this place at all!

Look no further for the perfect Tulum/La Veleta getaway. The hotel has a sleek modern design and is well maintained. It has all the amenities (pool, terrace, restaurant) and most importantly a good atmosphere. The staff is so kind and attentive. I traveled alone and met so many nice people staying here. The free bikes were great for getting around. There is a guy right around the corner who sells fresh juice (fruit and green) as well as the BEST taco stand in Tulum. Jorge and Elona were outstanding hosts. Can't wait to go back!

Era Hotel was a wonderful hotel. Every detail was thought out, the atmosphere was calming, the staff were always ready to advise us on things to do and above all attentive. The rooms were wonderful, clean and smelled great. Thank you very much for the hospitality! We will definitely be back :)

If only I could give this hotel 0 stars I would LOVE to. This hotel SCAMMED out of thousands out of small family that owned business in Petaluma. The two ladies named Katherine silveira and Kristi Leach, used them for their FURNITURE that they used for a staging job they did for them in San Rafael. They never made them sign a contract which was OBVIOUSLY needed so they can return their furniture. AND it was their first time there!! Till this day the hotel still has their new furniture and never paid them back! These two ladies have 25+ years of experience selling and staging homes. They should obviously know BETTER by now. They EVEN OWN a whole million dollar home🤦🏻♀️. Watch out because they will use fake lawyer info and lie throughout everything!! So I recommend not doing any business with these two ladies.

The water came out mostly cold in the shower and the drain was closed so the water went down slowly. Was only there for one night place was clean the lady that was at the reception at night was friendly.
