Chiringuito Tulum in Tulum

The beach views from my suite was amazing! The entire staff was lovely and very attentive. I loved the music selection at the beach club, too. This is a very well run hotel and Im grateful for their hospitality. I will visit again for sure!

The oceanfront suite exceeded my every expectation! Huge balcony with stunning views. Spacious room with separate living area. Beautiful bathroom connected to dressing area with spacious shelving and room to hang up clothes. This room was absolutely perfect. There’s nothing I would change. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly. Peaceful and serene, small luxury hotel great to retreat and recharge individually or for couples, also family friendly no “party vibe” Located at the south end of the hotel zone surrounded by spas, restaurants, shops, etc. what more could you ask for?

We stayed down the beach and walked to Chiringuito for a late lunch. The vibe was great. We had a table in the sand overlooking the beach. The food was outstanding and the most amazing part was the service. I can't remember the last time I had service like this. We ordered food and a bottle of tequila and our waiter Gregorio was incredibly attentive. He would do the most subtle things that made the biggest difference. If your ice was melting, he would switch it out. He served the paella with the most care. Everything was perfect, not over the top and we'll definitely be coming back. He made our afternoon incredibly special. Thank you GREGORIO.

Lovely stay! Amazing service from everyone, shout out to Santos who looked after us so well in the bar/restaurant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Hotel is beautiful, ideal location in S. Tulum to do lots of things or just chill at their stunning beach/poolside. Will come again.

We had a fantastic five-day stay at Chiringuito Tulum. Our room was beautiful, and I highly recommend booking one with a rooftop pool if possible—the views are stunning, and we made the most of it every afternoon and evening. The resort is ideally located on a charming street within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, venues, and dessert spots. We especially enjoyed Aldo’s, which served the best gelato we’ve ever had. The central location allowed us to try a different restaurant each night, which added greatly to our overall experience. A standout feature was the complimentary breakfast served each morning. We particularly loved the chocolate chip rolls and freshly squeezed orange juice—both were exceptional. In fact, every meal and cocktail we had at Chiringuito was excellent; the food and beverage quality was consistently high, and the staff’s recommendations were always spot on. The beach area was another highlight. We appreciated the option to reserve our preferred beach chairs or loungers through the front desk—once reserved, they were ours for the entire day. The beach was never overly crowded, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Service across the resort was consistently warm and attentive. The concierge and front desk staff were especially helpful, and the on-call massage therapist provided one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had in a long time. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the property, including on the beach, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. While prices in Tulum can be considered on the higher side, (this is a higher end resort town after all) we found the value at Chiringuito to be very reasonable, especially given the overall quality of the experience. All in all, our stay exceeded expectations, and we’re already planning a return visit. Thank you, Chiringuito, for a truly memorable vacation.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days: the structure is unique and well-maintained, eco-friendly, the cleaning and customer service are excellent. The restaurant offers a good selection of local food and drinks. A special thank you to Mattias and his staff for their attention to guests' needs.
