We had the most incredible experience at 16 Tulum with me and 17 of my friends for my bachelorette. Beautiful esthetic, comfortable beds and convenient location. Alex and the team are amazing to work with and coordinated meals, transportation and yoga class and more. I have already recommended it to everyone I know!!

This how was perfect! We had a large group for business and this property is more like a private compound with so much space that everyone had their privacy. The architecture and decorating is beautiful and modern. It is as nice as the pictures and even more impressive in real life! The chef, Diego, was amazing and Christina was so nice and helpful. The house is hard to find at first, so be prepared to look for landmarks. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here a few months ago with our wedding party and everything was amazing. Julia promptly responded to my email prior to arriving and arranged transportation for us each day, made recommendations for day clubs and dinner, and arranged a private chef for our first night along with stocking and restocking the refrigerator for us. She answered all of my texts and was seriously so sweet. We had a security guard every night that made us feel really safe. The place is gorgeous and it was so nice that all of our guest had their own suite with a private bathroom and outdoor space. If I were to come back to Tulum with a large group I would definitely stay at 16Tulum again. Thank you for your hospitality!
