Loved it Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do. My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Tulum, the hotel we chose surprised us a lot. It is far from the city and close to the jungle, it is very quiet but we really enjoyed the pool and our terrace with a private pool.

I had a massage at Dune Spa today and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Gloria was amazing – so intuitive and really knew what she was doing. I felt completely relaxed the whole time and never rushed. She even took some photos for me afterwards, which was such a lovely, thoughtful touch. The room is big. There are two big supermarkets about 300 meters from the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Tulum Ruins. There is free parking at the door. Breakfast is not open every day.
