A beautiful little jungle oasis!
Such amazing staff, a very convenient location just a short walk from the centre of town, opposite a supermarket and a delicious set of taco stalls.
The hotel is beautiful; you can tell they pay attention to detail. The staff were wonderful, offering suggestions and assistance...very friendly. We would definitely return without hesitation.
The staff were always on hand and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about Tulum and provide great recommendations upon request.
Sometimes towels and toilet roll were upon request as opposed to being provided fresh, in advance but no big deal.
The room could use a deeper clean and a lick of paint, but for a budget hotel the stay was fantastic! Thank you
Overall we had a good stay. The front desk was very helpful. This hotel has a cool vibe. It is very outdated but it is a good stay for a short period. Great location next to everything.
