The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises. The mattress is too soft; my back sinks in when I lie on it.

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing.

At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference.

The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out.

The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for.

It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

The only drawback is that the floor of the shower room is too slippery and there is no anti-slip mat. I can only use the towel placed outside as a foot pad and put it on the floor of the shower room.
